I really like Handlock, pretty fun deck and also pretty strong. I haven't played enough to be real good with it but enjoy it. With a bad hand sometimes aggro can just kill you real fast and sometimes it can be frustrating to have your opponent answer everything but still strong and everyone mulligans for Zoo so that helps a little. This guy hit rank 1 Legend using it and briefly talks about mulligans and his deck list. There are a few variations but pretty standard Handlock deck, I think Sludge Belchers replacing Sunwalkers really helped it out. Another recent post about Handlock here, I actually played that guy in a ranked game last season.

Just got golden Cairne in a pack. Good legendary to have but I'm thinking it's probably best to turn him into Ysera or Dark Knight, or perhaps Cenarius instead since I went ahead and settled for a Druid deck.

Just depends on your preference and deck. I haven't seen Ysera too often outside Control Warrior and Paladins but there are Ramp decks with it. Cairne is really good and of course Black Knight is too. I'd play around with Cairne some first and see how he fits with your deck as he's one of those good legendaries and then go from there. I have no clue what I'll craft next myself. I have pretty much every non-class legendary that's played except Ysera so maybe her, or Greenskin to complete my pirates and it's a card I'd like to make some decks with for fun.

I feel like maybe I wasted a fair amount of dust on Druid. I just can't seem to make it work. I'll have to do some research and tweak it a bit. I'm thinking about crafting Grommash and giving Control Warrior a try. Perhaps the current Druid build I'm using is just a little too slow for me and I need a more mid range focused deck. I played warrior to finish a quest and I enjoyed the playstyle. Grommash looks like one of the best finishers in the game too. Much more reliable than Druids Force of Nature + Savage Roar finisher.

Are you using more the Ramp version? If you have a lot of the cards you could try the Token version some. No matter which deck I think it really takes a lot of games to learn, and climbing rank takes a lot of patience and grinding. I had 300 wins on Miracle last season (don't judge me) and I still misplay a lot. I hopped on Control Warrior myself and gained a few ranks before logging, pretty fun deck. One problem is the cost as my current version runs 5 epics and 6 legendaries. Grommash is good, a taskmaster and 12 damage charge has been my closer for a number of games. Midrange Hunter is relatively cheap and strong, and I'm seeing a lot of Hunters with Mad Scientist already but not sure what that deck list looks like.

I actually just got King Krush in a pack and decided to give midrange Hunter a try. I'm enjoying it a lot actually. Might keep Krush. Still deciding on whether to craft Leeroy or Grommash next. I'm also considering trying out a Murloc Zoo deck.

Unfortunately Krush isn't amazing but I'd still like one. Control Warrior is fun, I'm still playing it but haven't settled on a deck list yet. Needed 5 wins for Rogue quest and hopped on Miracle real fast, won 5 in a row and jumped a rank so probably keep bouncing between the two decks for now. I also tried a Face Hunter but I sucked with it. I know I need more practice but I just haven't ever been a big fan of Face Hunter, prefer midrange. With the Mad Scientist though, a Face Hunter with lots of traps can be strong. Still a while before I have the dust for a new legendary but think I'll go Ysera and then I have pretty much all the non-class ones. I could go Tirion and try Control Paladin (my vote for most annoying deck in the game, eve more so than Zoo) or Greenskin for more fun decks, guess I'll decide when I have the dust.

Opened a Tirion after an Arena run today; I admit I'm pretty lucky.

edit: My next pack from another Arena run had Grommash, which I already have a golden version of. Kinda ridiculous but I'm not complaining.

Maybe I just had a bad run of luck, but I went back to Druid and I've been dominating with it. Force of Nature/savage roar probably is the most devastating finisher in the game. 14 guaranteed damage. Have anything else on the board and it's game over. There's a lot of angry people out there from me using that lately.

Playing a Paladin with 30 hp left. I have ancient of lore, senjin, keeper of the grove on the board. Force of nature, savage roar. Good fight. Best feeling ever.

ha Nice, what rank are you at? Last season Druid was the most popular class I played in the rank 5 to Legend range (I stayed around rank 3/4 so played everything from 5 to Legends) but this season it really disappeared, starting to see it more often though. Last season I pushed ranked really hard, played a lot less this season but have been playing Control Warrior mainly, mixing in some Miracle and Hunter here and there. FoN/SR combo is deadly, you definitely realize pretty quick to stay above 14 life against Druids. One of my last Druid games he had used FoN and SR as clears so at turn 9 I didn't think he'd have the combo but sure enough. Pretty crazy to have all four cards by turn 9.

I am about one pack away from crafting another legendary. I pretty much have everything I need, Ysera is last legendary that really sees play that I don't have so probably go there. I am wanting Greenskin for some fun decks though.

Reincarnation Shaman. Easily the funnest deck to play. Brings the lulz when things go as planned.

ha It can do some crazy stuff. I've been playing Diablo but still on HS some, might get golden Rogue this season, we'll see.

Leeroy Jenkins now costs 5 (up from 4)
Starving Buzzard now costs 5 (up from 2) and now has 3 Attack and 2 Health (up from 2 Attack and 1 Health)

Kicks Midrange Hunter in the balls; Hunter will become the least played class in ranked after this I think and Face Hunter will be what you see the most. Miracle Rogue hurt the worst with the Leeroy nerf. Miracle may still be ok with some changes to the deck, maybe Golems and change a few cards but at that point it might be better to just play Aggro Rogue. At the current moment I feel like Miracle is fairly balanced so a nerf will likely take it from balanced to underpowered. My two main decks throughout Hearthstone have been Midrange Hunter and Miracle Rogue so I'm biased and really hate these nerfs. My ranked wins for Rogue are around 430, Hunter 350-ish, and next closest is Warrior at 100 or so with hardly anything with the other classes.

I understand Hunter needing changes, though Blizzard allowed other strong decks to remain and let the community adapt, it just seems like the Buzzard change is overkill. I'm also a fan of slowing the game down so Leeroy nerf makes sense but will hit Miracle the hardest, which isn't a fast deck. As with Naxx and other things, sometimes things the community expected to happen don't and new things no one saw coming develop, so might be wrong but how things look for now.

edit: A new Midrange Hunter may develop but don't think it'll have Buzzard in it, and still think its popularity will plummet.

Was really wrong about Hunter declining but it did take a more aggressive route with Undertakers, probably most played deck right now. So Hunter is fine but Buzzard is not played at all so I think the nerf was overkill, every card doesn't have to be great but I'd like to see Buzzard be a better option than it is now. I'm still not sure what a standard Miracle deck is right now, lots of different variations out there. I've been doing a Malygos Rogue and just hit 500 ranked wins so I'm a golden Rogue now. Didn't play much last season but have been playing little more this month, not sure how hard I'll push ranked.

The new Tavern Brawl feature is really fun. Had a lot of fun playing with Nefarian and Ragnaros.
