This is the one play today that I put on Wallace. Tanny as shi**y as he's been put that ball there on the run. I think great receivers make that play. Hell I think Hartline keeps his feet in on that play.

Exactly. That play is easily made but almost every WR in the NFL these days. Wallace has to make that play. Could the ball have been a yard to the left... sure... but it wasn't. It's a two way street here, WR's have to make plays too, the QB threw it on the run and everything, like... just do your job, catch the ball and stay in bounds, control your body... It happens multiple times every week. Not every throw is perfect, even from Brady, Manning, Brees etc. etc.

    Wallace had the turn over...

the pass on the side line was not catchable... Idk what the hell people are looking at...

for that matter better pass on the tanny int would have been 7.
better pass in the sideline pass another 7
better pass on the ball that got batted up and that is a possible 7. For sure first down inside the five.

tannyhills poor ball placement has cost the phins a possible 18 points. Blame Wallace all you want... That crap is all on tannehill

Please that was MUCH closer to a routine catch than a spectacular one , ALL on 11 for not getting the TD there.

What does trouble me is this

    Wallace=problems, things are not working

Lazor and Philbin should feel that flow and either break out of it, or go with and target Clay, Matthews and Hartline more

No need to lose a game pounding a square peg into a round hole all game

Philbin needs to lay into the team, and Tannehill needs to accept that and come out and play a whole lot better.

Don't worry! Philbin has the perfect speech to fire them up at halftime... if he can just figure out where he put the cue card...?

Not even great WRs. I'd say that more than half the league's WRs make that play. All you have to do is simply know where you're at on the field. That's it. The ball was there and it was a good throw.

It's crazy because there are so many throws that you just want Tannehill to throw it in the vicinity to complete with Wallace...like the first INT. Just throw it towards the middle of the endzone and let him outrun the safety. Then you get that throw that really is nicely placed and it can't be completed.

After one half. Tannehill and Wallace have been terrible, just terrible.

Tannehill poor decisions and inaccurate throws, Wallace poor effort and dreadful awareness.

    This is really disappointing.

I wasn't a huge fan of Wallace from the get go, but Tannehill is starting to let me down and making me change my mind. Since preseason his accuracy and decision making has been really suspect.

we started the game with intensity. Not sure we can get that back. Turnovers kill us and Tannehill is a bit late all half. I love tnnahill so hope he corrects

We need to stop with the bend don't break mentality on D. And for the love of God stop turning the ball over!

It's tough though because Wallace gets open. Like he's a mismatch with every Pats DB out there, including Revis.

Nah , it was a good enough throw that an average WR makes the play for 7 . If 11 needs perfection then he needs to depart.

I agree. I I can name 10 wr's off the top of my head who would've brought that pass down....every other throw 17 has made today, well that's another story

Im not sure what you're asking here. The penalty was on us. NE would have gotten a first down as a result, with 6 seconds left on the clock. They elected to decline the penalty, and keep the FG, rather than try kicking it again closer, or calling another play and running down the clock potentially.

I'm not sure what the confusion is here?

Defense has not dictated anything and Tannehill has been late and behind on his throws. Turnovers have been killers

I don't blame Wallace for the fumble, that ball was very poorly throws as well as the 20 yards across midfield, both ball waay off target..

It is time Tannehill proves he deserves to be the long term answer at the QB position for the Dolphins.

The team is at home and they are only 10 points behind after playing a terrible first half with three turnovers. Top tier QB's overcome this at home and find a way to lead their team to victory.

Any mediocre QB can throw for 73 yards in a half in the NFL. If Tannehill is the man, he needs to step up and get the job done in the 2nd half.

I am by no means a Wallace lover but I love how everything here is his fault.

i really have come to the conclusion that both Wallace AND Tannehill are the problem.. Whoever posted it first was dead on.

I'd trade Wallace and his mega contract even if he takes the Brandon Marshall route with his new team. There's never been chemistry with Tannehill and there's never been an attempt to fix that. Draft a #1 next year, a guy who fights for the ball and has better awareness.

Yup. Thank God he's not focusing on the unimportant things so he can stay focused on what matters, like gum wrappers and shoelaces (gotta talk to Lamar Monday!).
