I am losing faith in Wallace... I never had any in tannehill...

At least Miami gets the ball back to start the 2nd half.

 

Pass was not good , agreed , but the fumble? Yeah 11 gets the blame .... Miller got rocked , still the fumble? on him .

Positives..

Outside of turnovers..our O has looked solid..running game has been good.

I think we see the hurry up secondhalf..

 

Old John Madden theory, every game you get the ball to the guys who are making things happen

 

Tannehill just doesn't lead his receivers. It appears he is always throwing the ball behind the receivers. His accuracy hasn't seemed to improve at all in this offense so far.

 

Really...never noticed..lol

 

The Dolphins have these huge claws but they're standing there agonizing. "How do I kill the bunny?"

 

Must be a Td drive though

 

He's not picking up the offense quickly. The tempo looks wrong and the timing is not there.

 

Trent Green is annoying... Not Rich Gannon annoying O-fence but annoying

 

Pats ran almost 50% more plays than us

 

Tannehill leads us to win in second half..any takers?

 

Wallace is a baby bird that needs his food given to him mouth to mouth and all chewed up, but Tannehill's accuracy and decision-making has been terrible today, as well as most of preseason.

They both are sucking today, but I'm more disappointed with Tannehill because I expected and hoped for more from him. This kind of play ain't going to cut it.

 

Dang it man!!!! Life as a dol-fan.

 

Wallace goes to the Pro Bowl with some other team next year. It will be the new WR's fault then.

 

We get the ball after half...MUST get a TD out of it...MUST. Not out of this yet...give up 3 TOs, get none, and the Pats ONLY have 20? Never would've guessed that number with the other factors considered. Lazor, IMHO, is calling a hell of a game...Tannehill's been off on several throws...Wallace is Wallace (I don't blame the fumble on him, just the miss in the endzone)...and Lamar Miller simply CAN NOT fumble that ball after a nice run like that...CAN NOT.

Clean up the silly s*** and it's a new ballgame.

 

thought the pass interference was against them and we declined it making it 4th down

 

Moreno looks great, oline is fine. LB injuries and ball security could be fatal.

 

I don't mind Trent Green.

If that was Nantz and Sims, they've would've been slurping Brady all game.

 

So far the game is within expectations.

Tannehill inaccurate af. We could use a better QB. We left 2 supereasy TDs on the field to Wallace.
Finnegan and linebackers are not good, clueless and confused. NE piled up a ton of yards I bet.

Surprises:
Moreno and Miller spliting caries per possession--it's like a new rule.
Oline is doing alright.
Grimes complete failure on the TD to Gronk. Lazy and disinterested. He did not show up.
Our safeties are better than our corners. Hickey should look into bringing back Dmitri.

If we cut out the turnovers we can win. Hell we could be routing them. Which just makes it more sad.

 

Which means our D has already played 3 quarters worth of football in one half in this heat and humidity.

And people say the D sucks.

No, the O sucks.

The D is just being put in terrible situations, and not allowed any rest.

 

If we stop giving their WRs 30 yard cushions, we might have a chance at winning.

 

The problem with the offense going to the hurry up is if they don't move the ball down the field, this will just give Brady more opportunities to go against a very underwhelming Dolphins defense.

The defense has already been on the filed for the majority of the game and I'm sure they would love to see the offense take some time off the clock with some long scoring drives.

 

Our D is more suited to the 3-4. I knew from the get go that switching to a 43 base was going to be a mistake. We were fine with that scheme, not great but much better than recently. And cutting Dansby and Burnett hasnt paid dividends for us, even if neither is doing much right now (I kmow Burnett was cut recently and Dansby just wants to be paid). Misi never makes plays and is always hurt. Wheeler and Ellerbe are misfits in our scheme. They're better in an aggressive 34.

 

Surprised Trent has any coherent thoughts with all his concussions.

Meanwhile St. Louis down to there 3rd string QB

 

can't give cushions to tightends, and wideouts.

 

Like Brandon Marshall. He did a great job in Miami. Because what this team has needed for years and years (except 2008) is a WR.

 

Has Tanne always been this inaccurate???

 

17's been off today but pre season he was pretty accurate imo .

 

I guess that can be a silver lining going into the 2nd half

 

We don't have three LB's worth starting, why would throwing a 4th out there be good?

I put all the turn overs on the players that committed them. Bad pass by tannehill on the Wallace turnover but it was still in Wallace. The tannehill int was horrific...
