Im about to pay for Sunday Ticket streaming..and have read alot of complaints of bad quality to unwatchable. How did it work for everyone here that used it?

I used it last year(madden version) and the stream for the first two weeks sucked. After that it was great.

I also had the stream last year from the Madden game and agreed first two weeks sucked then it got better. Many times you couldn't tell it was a stream it was like watching a cable channel.

First week is unwatchable. That is most likely due to the free weekend for subscribers.

Past that, for the most part its good although you'll have hiccups now and then.

I had the stream last year through Madden and thought it wasn't great - similar to the alternative, illegitimate, stream methods.

My friend lets me use his streaming from his DTV Max. I will cosign....it's pedestrian at best. It's a step above the crazy Russian/Chinese streams I will say...but my Gosh in the middle of a play everything just freezes.

I usually get the NFL Max package free, and after the first week or two of suckitude, it's usually great. TV quality for the most part, through ps3 or mobile device. Haven't tried it this year on my ps4. In my experience it was much better quality than illegal stream sites.

I had it last year with the Madden deal.. I ran a HDMI cable to my TV and it was beautiful!! There was one game that I missed a lot of the first half. Other than that I had zero problems and it was very high quality. Watched it on my phone as well. Loved it! Tried to get it this year but my billing address didnt match up with an apartment so I wasn't eligible. I broke down and ordered DirectTV and got Sunday Ticket for free this year. I cant say enough good things about it.

I too had it through the Madden deal last year. Video quality for me was full 1080p. I also used a laptop connected to my TV via HDMI. I also experienced the first two weeks being crappy.

If they would offer it up to everyone, I would purchase it for 200 right now. But since my home is in an area where I can get Direct TV, I can't purchase it. I also do not want DirectTV. I don't want cable TV nor do I have it.

I don't watch TV channels. I watch all my programming online. So I need my cable connection for internet only. I have the highest speed I can get in my area, and when they offer more I upgrade immediately... I purchase and download a lot of games as well. I don't have any TV directly connected to cable, they are all connected to the internet via computers and I watch what I want. I am still waiting for the future where you no longer need cable or satellite providers to watch what you want to watch. You just purchase it a la cart and watch it over the internet.

Outside of Football I only watch educational streams, DIY streams, etc. I am not into paying for 10 or hundreds of channels with mostly stuff that doesn't cater to my interests. I find myself watching individual users that stream their own programs and who are much more entertaining than what is being broadcasted by the networks.

This is the reason I hate the NFL making exclusive deals with providers. It creates a monopoly and forces people to purchase extra equipment and services that you don't use just so you can have access to purchasing something that you want to watch. I will not purchase something that I won't use just to be able to purchase something that I want.

I had a great experience with the Madden deal last year. This year with the new program was tough, many freeze points that were frustrating. However, I agree with the others that in e past there has been a big difference after week one.

It was a no brainer decision for me to buy it, but week one was disappointing, but still better than nothing.

I got free NFL Sunday ticket but had to pay for the streaming to laptops and mobile. It's so worth it. For the past few yrs I've new doing the free stream and watching in HD makes it worth it.

I had the Madden version last year and mirrored it to my Apple TV. The picture sucked until I upgraded my DL speed for TimeWarner to 22 MB/sec. Picture was clear after that(1080p)but when mirroring to Apple TV it only streamed to 50-60% of my Tv screen size. I had the whole screen but I had deal with large black borders around the picture. It was only tolerable because I have a 52" TV.
A co-worker of mine bought the XBOne package this year and said it was a good picture but he didn't go into details. His opinion of good and my opinion of good might be a lot different.

You can always do what I did and go with an android box with xbmc. I subscribed to a $10 service caled sports access and got all the the games in HD. To me the up front cost of the box far out weigh having to pay for cable every month with hundreds of useless channels. I can watch any program I watched on cable on demand and it's FREE!
