Of course we should, but that only makes sense and the individuals creating these rankings have no sense. The rankings should be based only on what happened this past weekend and not based on what any preseason rankings suggested. All I know is that when I look at the standings in the AFC East. The Patriots are in last place right now, yet they are ranked much higher than all the 1-0 teams in the division. Thank God these rankings have absolutely nothing to do with who makes the playoffs. If they did, the Dolphins could finish the season 12-4 and the Patriots could be 8-8 and many of these fools who rank the teams would still put the Patriots into the playoffs over the Dolphins.
Yeah brilliant reasoning. just like the "we beat the Pats last year then went to buffalo and lost" as a reason we will lose this year. We may lose but the two have zero to do with each other.
I think if someone were to place us anywhere between 29 and 23 I couldn't argue. Whole lot of mishmash in there this early in the season.
I bumped it only to point out that they were not as far off as many of us felt going into this season. There is some serious dysfunction on the team.
This guy is such an ******* http://m.bleacherreport.com/article...tm_campaign=web-des-art-top-16?is_shared=true
Sadly, he's no different than many posters here. So many people think ineptitude/holes/weaknesses/playing down is unique to the Dolphins, that its mind boggling. They think the best teams steamroll every team and their QBs throw 50 yrd bombs right on the money with 90% completion every game. They think the best teams in the league always win and adapt and never struggle with matchups.
Yeah but those here don't get a paycheck to be tools lol But seriously if anyone understands the NFL they would know anything is possible in not only division games but Dolphins-Jets games period. Read the last paragraph where he calls this team soft, they might be a lot things but **** they ain't soft.
Yeah, I notice he didn't argue my statement though. He probably doesn't want to hear that divisional games are tough. I'm sure the Cowboys and Chiefs would have taken a win in their games.
Well put, I see the same thing. It's as if some folks only watch sportscenter highlights and believe that's how other games look every play.
Ty Schalter is a bloody idiot. I've read some of his garbage on TBR. He is a Lions homer who seems fairly ignorant on the rest of the league. Now, when I see his byline I just skip the article, unless I just want a good laugh.
He is actually a Lions fan primarily. He has to be the worst writer they have at TBR. For the most part I've just stopped reading anything he writes.
