That INT wasn't really a mistake. Receiver didn't even fight for it. The bad mistake was the one he just seemed to throw up for grabs but fell harmlessly to the ground. Football karma.
All I know is that Kaaya looks 10x better than his first game. I see some good things in him as a true freshman but some bad as well. It would just be nice to have a legitimate QB again.
I won't lie though, I thought we would be getting blown out. Didn't think Kaaya could throw over the middle, thought they would tee off on our run game. Thought our defense would be swiss cheese. They have proven me wrong so far.
Wow that should have been taunting. The player threw Duke down, got up, then took a few steps to stand over him and get in another players face. Wow.
Defensive Coordinator needs to be fired. ASAP. It will never happen and it will be the downfall of Golden.
Big, Big, Big game for our season against Duke tonight. We play in the weak half of the ACC we could still win it. Defense needs to not suck eggs though.
Blocked PAT. Ugly. Duke Johnson is a god though, Kaaya is a Demi-God at this point. Wooow we got HOSED on that review. He caught the ball but when he pulled it in he had NEITHER HAND on it until he went out. BS. Cost us 7 points in the end. Wooow again, got hosed when Dorsett made the SAME CATCH.
There wasn't on the catch by the Duke player either. The guy caught it on his fingertips and took his hands off it. Dorsett at least had the ball in his hands the whole time even if it moved. I dont think either was a catch but if one was the other had to be. Kaaya is having his throws sail towards that left hash mark. Needs to just drive it in.
I feel so sorry for that program, it's really no place for the rich tradition to go and die..what a joke, how can they think that it's not a detriment to their program, their losing so much money every minute they keep that team in that building, and obviously whoever is in charge is to stupid or doesn't give a sh&$...poor players.. Love the job their doing with their Unis though..
Damn straight that was a TD. 4th and 19 Kaaya is a damn boss. He'd have a bunch more yards and another TD if Coley didn't drop that easy TD bomb.
K-K-K-K-K-K-Kaaaaaaya! I thought Morris threw a nice deep ball but this kid drops it into a damn bucket. What a play to Yearby! Third option on the opposite side of the field he was looking to. Side note: Our defensive backs actually played up on their WR's tonight and we look like a real defense.
Kaaya is far superior to to Jacory Morris. Its been a while but:
The first time that I can ever actually recall Golden and OhNofrio out coaching someone. Brad Kaaya gives this program hope that it hasn't had in a damn long time. Kid is already a stud. I'm glad Coley took the training wheels off him. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
This was written before the Duke game but still interesting. http://caneswarning.com/2014/09/27/miami-hurricanes-brad-kaaya-vs-duke-defense/
