I'm not Sick, he's probably at Waffle House right now.

Are we gonna do this or what!!!

I sure hope our players are as agitated as I am..

I feel confident that we are gonna play well, you cannot predict what the best qb in the game is capable of, but I'll tell ya this, we better go toe to toe.

Everything I've looked at for two weeks points to this team turning a corner.

There's really not much to be said, this is an important game in terms of where this coach and qb are in their pivotal third year..I wanna see Grimes shut down that white boy, I wanna see Chris McCain stalking before the snap, I wanna see Reshad jones knifing a lane for a TFL, I wanna see Ryan Tannehill sprint 70 yards down the field after mike Wallace scores on his pass, I wanna see Moreno Inspire his teammates, I wanna see Pounce getting some mothers hyped in the huddle..

Oh yeah, it's 130 my time and I can't sleep.

I got the Dolphins in this game..

    GO MIAMI !!!

When you're a team trying to turn a corner in a "statement" game against a clearly better team, you need your team leaders to come out and set the tone for the team early, so that the rest of the roster can see there's indeed a chance to win and follow their example. That's how the spirit for an upset is galvanized.

I'm looking for plays early from Wake (especially on Rodgers), Moreno, and Tannehill. Those guys are capable and in the positions that matter. We'll see if this team's ready to win one today and turn a corner in whether its leadership can come out and set that tone early on.

I don't know why Deej..I thought you lived in Florida..I wanna see the same guys I always see on TV first row east end zone seats cranking it up..I wanna see tons of Dolphins fans bringing decibel level over 130.. I would love to see Tannehill running 70 yards down the field to high five Wallace on the bomb TD only to be followed up by and 80 harder...I wanna see Lamar Miller take one to the house from 60 plus yards and I want Deej to see a.completely Dominate, elite Dolphins " D " Today and the rest of the year...and, I want to see our offense over 500 yards and 40 points....Go Dolphins..." smack the pack"

I'm optimistic that they will play well, not as optimistic that we will win. IMO, game will come down to whether we can generate pass rush with our front 4.

It's going to depend heavily on a lot of positions that don't matter, along with a few that do...trenches, trenches, trenches.

And that is very substantial when you consider that: 1) QBs are responsible for a far greater portion of NFL game play than any other facet of a team, and 2) the Packers are operating with one of the best QBs of all time, while the Dolphins operate with one who is far more prone to coming out and laying an egg in any one game, and one whose even best performance might not be enough to surmount that of his counterpart, if his counterpart is playing optimally.

Exception to the rule, which is why the Packers are favored by about a touchdown in Miami, when you consider that home field advantage is generally worth about three points. Don't think Vegas doesn't have its finger on the pulse of who has the advantage in this game and why.

Why are you changing the topic? We're talking about them having a better qb, one of the best. I know how Vegas works.

If you know how Vegas works, then I'm sure you're well aware of why the Packers are essentially nearly a touchdown favorite in Miami, despite that an exception to the rule happened in week one against the Patriots, with regard to what I wrote above about the talent differential at QB in this game. Vegas doesn't establish lines based on exceptions to the rule. It establishes them based on what's likely to happen.

You said they're clearly better. They're not. The Broncos are favored by 10 in NY. The Chargers favored by 7 in Oakland. Gb is favored by 2.5.

No doubt, AR12 is one of the all time best...but he's not infallible. See the Seattle/Detroit games this year. He looks like a rookie at times against strong defenses. Their wins were against the Jests, Vikes and Bears.

Even as good as Rodgers is, they're 18th in the league in passing, to go with 25th in rushing...they're very beatable.

And Cowherd and his buddy just picked Miami...bank it!

We just have to get pressure on Rodgers. I think that's the most important facet of the game. The next is stop their running game.

Notice I didn't mention anything about the offense. Even if stumble over ourselves, I think we can figure out 17 points in this game.

What hasn't really been discussed (at least from what I've seen) is special teams. We absolutely HAVE to win this area to win this game. We're getting some D starters back, so that should free up many of the usual solid STers to do their thing. We're 2-0 when the STs do well...0-2 when they don't. More positions that "don't matter."

A home team was at least a 2.5-point underdog in only 13% of the 512 regular season games played in 2013. It's not all that common an occurrence. In other words, it tends to happen only when the away team is viewed as, like I said, "clearly better."

Gotta keep pace. If we fall behind, can't get down more than a touchdown or so. Rodgers is too good with a lead when he can just call a bunch of kill-shots over the top. He and that offense can really get on a roll riding that front-running wave...and before you know it you're out of the game.

A home team was at least a 2-point underdog in only 14% of the 512 regular season games played in 2013.

86% of the time, the home team was viewed as "better" than that.

Ours is facing Aaron Rodgers and Buffalo is starting a quarterback that doesn't belong in this league and throwing it to Revis... good move..

This is the exact mindset that I just don't understand. What good is being content with a loss regardless of how well they played? I'll say it again, NO EXCUSES TODAY! If they lose today then we clearly STILL haven't turned the corner. Moral victories don't cut it for me.
