Manning's release is insane. Every year when I look at the PFF stats for 'fastest time to throw' Peyton Manning is in the top three and he's around or under 2.5 seconds. That's really, really impressive. However, the truth is that Manning really isn't mobile and the way he avoids sacks is by getting rid of the football quickly. We can limit his downfield effectiveness with the pass rush, similar to what happened vs Buffalo. Our linebackers are going to be victimized, but at least we should be able to prevent him from just bombing it to Demaryius Thomas for 60 yard touchdowns.
