Guys, love all of the advice. I am in a PPR league and debating between Tre Mason and T Cadet for the flex. I know Pierre Thomas is out and Cadet has been targeted alot...Mason scares me because of Stacy. Who gets the start? BTW. E Sanders has been terrific all year for me, glad to see a guy with a huge night finally on my team!

Youre welcome. Gonna be hard pressed for Tate or McKinnon to do worse then Oliver did
Mason is the start there imo. Khiry Robinson is out for New Orleans, Thomas should be a go which makes Cadet a change of pace guy with a game they could be playing from behind a lot. Mason has far more talent then Stacy or Benny Cunningham and the Rams would be playing right in to the Chiefs hands by starting the slower less agile Stacy and Cunningham is a better receiver then runner. Mason can make tackles miss.

    Get off my lawn.
I only have McKinnon in one of my leagues, but regardless they need to give him the ball more. Kids a freak.

That was crazy. It was like Denver knew every damn play to Oliver before it was even called. .... and the gang-tackling was nonstop.

Well I now have two WR done for the year. Quick and Cruz. Quick was my flex....so would you guys start:

Tavon Austin - Increased looks maybe?
Josh Brown - Big play potential from Palmer each week but not very consistent.
Tim Wright - Has been target by Brady more as the season has gone on.

I picked up WRight this week and then dropped him for Heath Miller. the way the TDs shift around for the patsies players on a weekly basis (excluding Gronk) you just can't count on Wright showing any consistency.

My wife has the following 3 and is not sure who to start...

Cam Newton .. overhyped rubbish. Not to be counted on. Too late to start anyway
Carson palmer vs DAL.. steady, getting hot
Eli Manning vs IND.. less consistent that RT17 right now

I told her to start Manning. Indy D has been porous and Eli seems to step up in bigger games.

What do you guys think? Eli or Palmer?

Id probably say Eli. Dallas has been strong on defense this year for the most part, I dont see Palmer lighting them up.

Palmer imo. Eli's matchup says he could be passing a lot but to who? Not as high on Rueben Randle and Larry Donnell (continuous fumbles and drops) as many are while Palmer is getting a Dallas D who just lost ANOTHER LB (Justin Durant) that they cant afford. Dallas is coming off a Monday night loss, on a short week, possibly without their QB. And their secondary is simply average anyway.

Id probably bench Charles as crazy as that sounds. The Jets run d has been pretty solid and they may be "motivated" this week with something resembling an NFL QB behind center.

So what do you guys think will happen with Calvin this week? Our pass defense has been pretty solid but this is the best WR in the game. Looking at some of the #1 WR against us, Sammy Watkins and Jordy Nelson both had good games while Brandon Marshall didn't. Our corners are small but Marshall and Jeffery's height weren't an issue.

I'm thinking I am gonna bench Ben Tate tonight, good choice?

I would take Denard Robinson out of my 3rd receiver slot and put him and RB at put M. Bryant from Pittsburg in his place.

Good idea just because I think west is gonna get the bulk of the carries. Bryant is very TD dependant but that's the chance you're taking. That's pretty reasonable chances the way Ben is playing

Do I start the lazy and uninspired Cutler against Minnesota who gives up the 4th fewest fantasy points to QB's? Or do I go with Tannehill against the Bills who give up the 5th fewest?

Guys in my league conspired with each other to grab Sanchez last week off the waiver wire before I could. RG3 is probably the best available as far as matchups go.

    Cutler.

I'll have to resort to either RG3 or Teddy Bridgewater in my biggest pay league since both Romo and Flacco have byes this week. Basically I just need a qb to not mess up too badly. Luckily I'm still projected to win even without a QB cause that's what happens when you have a beast team :)

I dropped a 175 spot this week with romo benched, no Mathews, no Gordon, a no show week from Colston....
    My roster right now:
    Joe Flacco Bal - QB
    Marques Colston NO - WR
    Calvin Johnson Det - WR
    Randall Cobb GB - WR
    Tre Mason StL - RB
    Ryan Mathews SD - RB
    Greg Olsen Car - TE
    Greg Jennings Min - WR
    Shaun Suisham Pit - K
    Buffalo Buf - DEF
    Denard Robinson Jax - WR,RB
    DeMarco Murray Dal - RB
    Tony Romo Dal -QB
    Jonas Gray NE - RB
    Boobie Dixon Buf - RB
    Josh Gordon Cle - WR
    Philadelphia Phi - DEF

So basically when Gordon gets back....
    QB: Romo/Flacco (depending on matchup)
    RB: Murray
    RB: Mathews
    WR: Calvin Johnson
    WR: Cobb
    WR: Gordon
    TE: Olsen
Flex: Denard Robinson/Tre Mason (Again matchup based...probably has to be Robinson most weeks the way hes running)
    D: Philly

In my league, 150 points is a bad week. 200 is decent. 250 is usually a win. 300 is great.

3 weeks ago I shattered the previous record and put up 414.45. I even left 26 points on my bench. The next week I put up 308.17.

This past week I only hit 175.76. 295 was the league high with Rodgers owner.

Here's my current roster for this week. I can move Clay if needed.

    Jay Cutler QB - CHI
    Matt Forte RB - CHI
    Rashad Jennings RB - NYG
    Jeremy Maclin WR - PHI
    Emmanuel Sanders WR - DEN
    Antonio Brown WR - PIT
    Rob Gronkowski TE - NE
    Alshon Jeffery WR - CHI

    Ryan Tannehill QB - MIA
Adrian Peterson RB - MIN EXE
    Denard Robinson RB - JAX
Josh Gordon WR - CLE SUS
    Charles Clay TE - MIA

    Kicker
    Cody Parkey K - PHI

    Defense Team
    Miami Dolphins DEF

Bonus points for 40+ yard TD's, 50+ yard TD's, 100 rushing/receiving yards, 300 passing. Things like that. One play can change the score quickly.

You might honestly be better off just going with both Broncos backs. Fred Jackson might not play. McKinnon seems to have fallen back behind Asiata. Tate is part of a 3 man backfield.

Is Sankey available? He gets a lot of looks.

Personally I'd either go with McKinnon [at least 17 touches the past 4 weeks] and Anderson.... or Ball & Anderson and hope that one of 'em has a big game, but then again, it's possible they combine for a mediocre day against St Louis's stout run D which has allowed 28 rushing yards to Zona, 66 to San Fran, 65 to Seattle, and 52 to San Fran in 4 of the past 5 weeks. The remaining week was 116 to KC but 82 came in the 4th Qtr with the Rams D seemingly throwing in the towel while trailing 20-7.

Even though McKinnon basically didn't play the first 3 weeks, he's quietly on pace for 957 rushing yards [based on his last 6 game avg] at 5.0 YPC. Chicago's D has been garbage and is recently without Lamarr Houston.

McKinnon for sure. Jackson's probably out and Tate as was mentioned is in a time share but Tate could be a sneaky one because of the browns "hot hand" approach. I believe it's Tony Grossi who covers the browns and he's been spot on the last few weeks as to which back would get the most touches. I think they're going with West right now as they have the most invested in him (and IMO he's the best of the 3) but Tate was gripping all week about it. Maybe they give in a bit.

The problem with ball and Anderson is that it's the same thing as Tate. It's literally just whoever a running well. Personally I feel Anderson's shown more but they have more invested in ball. I'd probably go Ball and McKinnon

I will be very active...I am in 2 leagues now with NFL.com but I would rather be in a league with Dolfan's and I think I am ready for a bigger challenge. Both of my teams won Championships in Leagues I was in last year and this year I am 1st place in one and in 2nd place in the other but a few do not participate and I think I am falling victim to insider trading in the other lol...same guy in last keeps picking up best players off waiver wire and trades to first place team constantly...who knows..maybe the guy in first owns the last place team as well..that would be convenient come to think about it...lol....thank you and I will check out the lik.

I'm actually thinking about sitting Mark Ingram this week against Ravens top run D that's allowed just 1 rushing TD the past 7 games and haven't allowed more than 68 yards to a back all year. Rolling instead with:

    RB1- Eddie Lacy vs Minne
RB2- Alfred Blue vs Cincy [5th most vs RB].
Flex1- Isaiah Crowell vs Atlanta [2nd]. Could be a monster week for Crowell with Gordon back to stretch the field.
Flex2- Jeremy Hill vs Houston [14th]

So my girl is playing Fantasy this year for ****s and giggles - I never play it, but since I'm the "guy" it's really my team  I've managed it most of the year, after her terrible draft that is. ]
Long story short we managed to sneak in to the playoffs, but I've lost players and my wide receivers and running backs are complete poop just in time for the playoffs. I'm just going to throw out a few skill players and you guys let me how I should proceed.

WR: I got Juice, picked him up last week and started him, Old Man Steve Smith (Miami), and Maclin(Seattle). Steve Smith laid an egg for me last week, still managed to win. I got Sproles(Seattle), John Brown(KC) and Fitz(KC) on the bench. Fitz will probably will be back in the lineup if he is healthy by end of the week, also got a waiver in for Kenny Stills. Also got Sproles on the bench for Flex purposes. So my question is - Who in the world do I play? I lost Cooks, who was decent for me in New Orleans, and Maclin + Fitz lost their QBs so their numbers are WAY down. I got Forsett(Miami) and Dan Herron(Cleveland) at RBs and that's the only thing im not too worried about. Dolphins cant stop the run last 2 weeks and I picked up Herron after I lost Bradshaw for the year. Also got Dolphins D, with Eagles D on the bench. Thinking bout grabbing Vikings D since they are playing the Jets.

    What you guys think?

[edit]Donte Moncrief and Kenny Stills are pending on WAivers

    I KNOW THIS.

My worry with Maclin is that he is playing Seattle and he has SANCHEZ throwing to him. While Steve Smith has been up and down, Dolphins have no corners. Or Moncrief has Luck and Reggie is out and they are playign Browns

Well for f*** sake, figures DeMarco would go off for his best game of the season during my playoff bye week..... as well as Dez having no points and less than 100 yards in a game Dallas puts up 41 pts and 401 yards while I'm playing BK in ThePhins league for potentially[?] 2nd place.

    Second guessing myself all week....

One game away from the SB and I have to pick 2 of 3. Non ppr, bonus league.

Mark Ingram- been so so the past few weeks for a variety of reasons, Khiry and Pierre are back but Mark is the GOTO guy facing a Bears def that looks to have quit.

Donte Moncrief- a big play threat and Andrew Luck is my QB, not to mention he is starting this week due to Wayne being hurt...boom or bust, could get me 20 points on one play or get me a hot 3 points.

Chris Johnson- hear me out on this, Rex is a stick it up ur arse kind of coach...the Titans have the 32nd run defense in the league and my gut says he will feed CJ the rock until he accumulates 100 Yds and possibly a TD. He fed Percy in his homecoming so I'm optimistic.

    Rest of Lineup
    QB Luck
    RB J. Charles
    RB TBD
    FlexTBD
    WR R. Cobb
    WR O. Beckham
    TE Kelce
    Def NE
    K Vinateri

    All advice is welcomed
