DAVIE, Fla. -- We have a nice surprise Wednesday for Miami Dolphins fans. For the first time since training camp, we will have full coverage on your Dolphins throughout the day on ESPN's "SportsCenter." I will be reporting live from the Dolphins' training facility starting at 9 a.m. ET. We will discuss Dolphins' quarterback Ryan Tannehill's surge. We will look ahead to Sunday's big game against the Detroit Lions, cover Miami's practice and more. So be sure to check out "SportsCenter" throughout the morning as I report live from Dolphins camp. Wish they would wait a week. We have a tough game against Detroit and I hate all the attention Miami is getting. They can't afford all the distractions of national attention. Even if we are really ready to play, Detroit is going to be a beast of a team to defeat at home in the dome.
agreed. I prefer zero increase in attention/coverage of our team. while it may not hurt, it certainly isn't going to help
That is what success looks like, and our boys are used to the pressure after enduring Bullygate. There's something special going on in Miami. I say bring it on.
I signed on to my DTV account but not sure what time they're talking about the Phins. I'm not going to randomly set 7 hrs of sports ctr to record.
Either I missed it, or it's typical ESPN... Live Dolphins coverage starting at 9:00 AM.... 1.5 hours later and I got nothing.
All I see is Ray Rice, AP, more useless Cowboy hype, Sanchez, and Browns...no Dolphin coverage. Shocker oooooh, and the top 10 Cricket moments of all time!!!
I want ESPN and James Walker to stay the hell away..our boys need to keep grinding and stay focussed as it is way too early in the season for this sh!& to happen and especially with James Walker's sorry a$$. I wonder what his agenda is? But, it does show that the media is starting to take notice of "our" DOLPHINS!!!!....GO FINS!!!!
Kinda feel bad for James Walker, looks like he got all prepared and excited for nothing... this is from his twitter account, maybe they'll show it recorded instead of live.

I have been watching all morning and have seen nothing on Dolphins also the article I copied seems to have disappeared from Bing. Once again ESPN disses us or perhaps Philbin kicked their sorry asses out!! Better this way anyway, fly under the radar until the playoffs.
Espn please stay the hell away from our facilities. There's no bullying to sensationalise here any more. Unless it's the bullying going on of our last three opponents. Either way, GTFO and stay out, ESPN.
Pretty much just covered the trending topics. Talked up how good the D has been, mentioned that Calvin Johnson should be back to nearly 100% on Sunday. Delmas says he can't remember ever winning a practice rep against Megatron. Tanny has been on a hot streak lately both throwing and running. Lazor tailoring the offense to Tanny's strengths and has taken the deep ball out of the game plan.
Sorry but I think its selfish to not want publicity because the dolphin fanbase is dying not increasing , how else can the dolphins sell any merchandise if they don't adverise . Not only that but I get sick of hearing about all three rivials . Miami needs to sell its s stuff to kids and young people alike . Miami fans that don't want the dolphins to increase or whatever must like being unpopular which is a shame because this isn't 1972 we need to improve our image . the fans probably have more of a big head then the players do . increasing the fanbase is definite needed . it drives me nuts not to see any dolphins fans wearing a dolphins jersey in my area. we need younger fans now if the players were reading their own press clippings I could agree but I am selfish I guess just want TO SEE Miami to sell itself because this fanbase is dwindling and has since Marino left.
Would be a good bait and switch but Tannehill will need to get rid of the ball fast against Detroit guys like Ndamukong Suh will hurt him if he waits to throw the ball.
