Just when he's getting over as a tweener.....they're building him leaving the Authority....and he gets off TV....great. More Cena.

I don't think it's is a bad thing I mean it happened with Ambrose too when he filmed a movie in September but he came back stronger. Plus it's good to give the fans a break from guys every once and awhile that way when they return they're somewhat fresh. Although it would have been better if Orton won the Cell match.

Bo Dallas is out 6 to 8 weeks with an injured foot. Probably a good thing for him because right now the WWE doesn't seem to have a clue how to use him.

They should have him on commentary or film a bunch of videos of visiting homeless shelters, hospitals, charity food drives etc....telling people to keep bolieving

Agreed. There's so much you can do with him even hurt to keep him on TV and build his character. He could simply come down to the ring one night after "Wrestler A" losses a match and tells him it's ok because things could be worse, he could have an injuried foot and he's going to help "Wrestler A" get back on track and thus Bo becomes the guy's kind of manager for the time being, then once Bo is recovered he could turn on "Wrestler A" and get more heat on him and "Wrestler A". Something like that is simple and effective.

Did anyone else check out Lucha Underground? I hadn't followed it much at all. Interesting concept, not sure if it's got what it takes to continue, but it was certainly different than anything else out there. And seeing Johnny Mundo (John Morrison) was certainly interesting. Rumor has it that Alberto Del Rio is the next big name that is going to debut there.

We don't have time for that. We have to find time to put the Usos and Sheamus in a 6 man tag match against Gold/Star Dust and Rusev.

Because it's funny in an ironic sort of way like when Brisco and Patterson were Vince's stooges.

You never know, with ratings down, Bryan out, Lesnar MIA and Orton gone for a few weeks it would make sense why they would want him to stick around for awhile. Hopefully the WWE uses the holes in the current roster wisely and build up someone like Cesaro. I really like how they're making Dolph look important again.

    Also,
I am hoping to land the San Jose Improv the Wednesday before Wrestlemania and put on a night of stand-up comedy with fellow comedians who like wrestling and perhaps a surprise guest or two. So if you are planning on coming out for WM, make sure to treat yourself to that, too.

Pssh, and for awhile SICK was walking around this thread thinking he was the bee knees because he's going to the Rumble. The only way SICK can top this is to run into during the Rumble and eliminate the last two guys and win the match himself. Your move SICK, your move....

Yeah, as much as I am okay with moving on, I will admit that it would be pretty cool to be AT Wrestlemania and see his appearance. Perhaps he will lead the HOF Class or make one last cameo.

I could see him coming out and screwing Brock out of the title or something.....lights hit....Rollins cashes in, or something....just for payback

More likely they wait until net year when WM will be in Texas for the HOF.

And yeah sucks that you won't be able to see a streak match. While I didn't have an issue with them ending the streak at the time now it just feels pointless and like they wasted money by doing it.

If Taker is going to come back have him come back for a match for payback or just don't have him come back at all, just my opinion though.

  22. Samphin

Samphin Κακό σκυλί ψόφο δεν έχει

I don't think they wasted it. Brock was a viable candidate, and Heyman brings it up in EVERY promo, much like Jericho does about being the first Undisputed Champion.

Plus, he hasn't lost since, so when he ultimately DOES lose, it will be a pretty big deal.

I think it was wasted because Brock hasn't brought in any additional money for the company, while the WWE could always milk the streak each year and help use that as a selling point for WM.

I do think if the WWE booked Brock strong from day 1 instead o having him job to Cena and Triple H they could have build him up just the same.

  24. Samphin

Samphin Κακό σκυλί ψόφο δεν έχει

How do you know that Brock hasn't brought any additional money? I am willing to bet he has, actually.

Because the WWE Network only went up what 78k or so since they added it to over 140 countries in September which was way below expectations. I'm not saying Brock isn't a draw (he clearly was before the WWE judged everything with the Network) but he's not drawing enough now to justify his salary which is why there are thoughts within the company as to whether or not they will even extend him when his deal runs out after WM31.

Fact still remains that if Brock was booked like an unstoppable monster when he first returned instead of jobbing to Cena in his 1st match back and also losing to Triple H because of Triple H's ego he wouldn't have needed to end the streak, which cost the WWE future money. Really the WWE's handling of Brock has been pretty poor outside of his Summer Slam match to Cena and they pretty much ruined that at NoC with that crappy DQ ending, even the WM match with Taker the build up was bad and the match itself was average.

I think they've really dropped the ball with letting him disappear without anything to show for it....not even Paul H...coming out reminding the company who the champ is, no one coming out challenging Brock....it's like he won and hes a ghost. I get the scheduling.....but do SOMETHING....to keep the belt relevant. It's the top ****ing prize in the wrestling world....and it's never even mentioned.

Why isnt even John Cena coming out on the mic, saying we need a fighting champion....someone not hiding....defending its honor....and have Paul H come out with some bull**** on how hes had his chance, its Brocks now....and someone is going to have to take it

etc etc.....filling RAW with Adam Rose being humped by a bunny and grumpy cat can easily be bumped to keep the Title fresh in the viewers mind. I feel this whole thing has been horribly done, real life and kayfabe wise to where I don't even give a **** about the Championship anymore....its sad.

I think the reason why they're not having Heyman on TV or guys like Cena calling Brock out because they don't want to draw attention to the fact that the WWE Champion has been gone since September. I suspect once the December PPV is over that will be the strategy moving forward with Cena calling Brock out.

Of course the WWE Champ being MIA wouldn't be a problem if the IC or US title or even the tag team titles were meaningful again.

Serious question: does anyone really care about Survivor Series tonight?

With the whole if Team Cena loses everyone gets fired thing that happened on Smackdown is the result going to be surprising?

You'd think with this PPV being free that the WWE would have some kind of big twist or something in store. There are rumors Sting is going to make an appreance but who knows with the WWE. Watch nothing big or exciting happen which is par for the course with this company. I hope I'm wrong though.

Talk about a blah PPV. Sting coming out was pretty cool however I think the WWE should have milked his entrance a bit more but man he looks his age. I guess that means we'll get a Sting vs. Triple H WM match which is fine with me.

Also his theme music was pretty bad too.

But hey kudos to the WWE for making last night into the Ziggler/Rollins/Ambrose/Wyatt show. All 4 guys looked like stars.

I liked the ppv. Young talent is shining bright and they're not bashful in putting them out there. Ziggler got a moon push. Mizdow won the tag titles which is amazing, Ambrose/Wyatt were awesome.....and Rusev/Rollins/Harper/Rowan were studs during the main event.

Sting coming out made me jump around my house....HHH mouthing "what the ****?" was awesome! Sting/HHH is going to be badass.

We still get Orton to come back and we're gaining steam towards Batista and maybe Bryan? heading into WM season.....things are cool right now!

Taker/Sting is obviously the bigger draw however I just can't see it being any good outside of a fantasy bookers dream match. Triple H/Sting has more potential to be a better match/story line.

Sting looked like a 50 year old guy in make up last night.

The cinematography of him standing in front of the video screen was bad *** though. It visibly looked like a big deal.

I didn't mind his entrance music, but I would have preferred his old Sting-Crow music from WCW and what they used in the video game commercials.

I was just surprised because the WWE is usually really good about entrance music and drama of these things and it kind of just like happened you know?

I would have thought the light would go out for a good 15 to 20 seconds before the Titan Tron played leading up to a Sting graphic but it just felt rushed a bit. Just think it could have been way more impactful.

Stephanie was just awesome last night too at the end of the PPV asking Triple H what happened and if they lost.

Rumor is Steph is pregnant again and will be off TV for awhile but who knows.
