I have to admit, when we first signed Delmas and I saw his picture with a mouth full of gold teeth, I was thinking "man, who the heck is this knucklehead". Throughout the season, seeing him on the Phinsiders and other interviews, I have really grown to like him more and more. Flat out, my initial impression was wrong. His mic'd up posted on the dolphins website is pretty good. Here's a quote at the end of it that I dig, he says this on the sideline right after they lost the game.... Lets win this tonight!!
Agreed Aqua, it's time to step up and get it done, or this type of talk means squat. There are so many "coulda/shouldas" with the GB and Detroit games. I've relived parts of those games in my head way too much. We need a win tonight, or things are going to start getting grim around here.
If not for the injuries on the O-line, and several others including Tannehill, Miller, etc. I'd say this is one week where it's good to be playing on Thursday. As a player, you'd want to get that bad taste out of your mouth as quickly as possible after losing a game like they did on Sunday against Detroit. That said, there ARE injuries and a reshuffled O-line. Those are obstacles that every team has to overcome, especially when they're on a Thursday night game (Cincinnati was in a similar spot last week and got blown out). Hopefully the team responds tonight and starts a new roll.
frustrating for me because I believe we had the talent and in game performance to win both of those games..coaching failed imo..

Touche! But the fact remains, if i see someone that made the choice to cover their grille in gold, i might have second thoughts about them at first, similar to a guy with a face tattoo or something. Doesnt mean we cant end up being best friends even, just being honest.Anyhow, i dont want to turn this into a societal breakdown. Enjoy the game
