    that's what kills me, the nitpicking is constant. He's a good qb right now, in his third year in the nfl, in the first year of a lazor offense with an oline that plays with more heart than talent and an offense that could use another playmaker. And he's still learning meaning he's still going to get better. I mean this guy is the best qb we have had since marino and some people act like he's fiedler or beck or culpeppperlemonsage

    Years of frustration with our QBs leave people careful. I am one of them, but I did caution people to wait until game eight with the new offense. I have officially switched to Tannehill is our guy. I have seen enough to hope they pick up the option on his fifth year. I want Philbin, Lazor, and Coyle back next year.

    Right. Reading these forums, you'd think we had Ryan Leaf or Jamarcus Russell on our hands, and that we had zero shot at the playoffs. Instead we have a raw prospect maturing before our eyes, consistently playing well, and putting up pretty good numbers. I don't think we've seen the best of Tannehill yet. I think he continues to improve, and if we get him a deep threat that more lines up with his strengths, he'll be even better off.

    Why so much hate and comparisons to Finheaven? Yeah it's a "zoo" over there but it's an active forum and there's lots of discussions over there and sometimes this board can be a little sleepy. I and many others here got started at Finheaven years ago(2001 for me). Yeah this board is more mature but I still respect that place and still lurk over there from time to time.

    FH = disproportionate douchebaggery.

    Its OK in the sense it sometimes has some good info and breaking stuff, but aside from that, meh.

    Because Finheaven was ridiculous, hence this site starting up. Finheaven had lots of emotionally charged posts . And didn't, as I recall, have a whole lot of reasonable, intelligent discussions, like we used to have here.

    While not comparable in terms of volume, we still get alot of the same type of posts here. We have trolls as well. Both places have their pros and cons. Though personally I'd rather lurk there and post here. I'm more familiar with the posters here than at FH anyways.

    Used to be we didn't get much of those kinds of posts. Last season and this year it seems much worse.

    I'm relatively new to both sites, and routinely check out and post in both (although I call this site "home" at the moment), so i feel i have a pretty good handle of the current vibe of both sites, at least in the public forums. I do feel like this site is a bit more down to earth, a little less reactionary (usually). Both have some really good posters, but i see fewer over the top, ridiculous type posts here. Basically, when i've run out of info here, i head over there, and vice versa - glad both exist honestly.

    I'm all in on Tannehill at this point. Outside of Luck, maybe Wilson, out of all the recent young QB's he's the guy i'd prefer. Playing well, keeps getting better, and great attitude on and off the field.

    I for one,do not hate finheaven, and if I was.misunderstood or made it look that way I am sorry. I just like it here better and since my pc crashed and I reply from my phone I could not manage posting on both sites lol.

    It's all about good custodianship. They have morons running things over there.
