Wouldn't take a whole lot to photoshop some interesting things into that image, to really give McLovin something to fap about.

I'm still not impressed. I think the Pats will win the division, but they aren't a good team and Brady has become average.

If there was proof that the HC and QB make a team, it's the Patriots. Give Brady the Dolphins and my God it would be frightening.

So I need to take back my post from a month ago.The defense beat the crap out of the donkeys.Brady is probably the best in the league. The O-line looks to shored up. Did D Ware play last night?Gronk is the best offensive player aside from Qb's in the league. The dolphins look good. Can't wait till the next game. I hope both teams are fully healthy so there are no excuses. Injuries might be the only thing that will slow NE down.

If the Patriots defense keeps playing like they are the Pats will go far into the playoffs. However, I'm still not seeing the "Pats of old". Maybe it's the lack of cheating, but I'm inclined to think it's more the inconsistency. Last season the Pats looked unbeatable at times and especially when they came back and beat the Broncos. IMO, their O-Line isn't going to hold up against great d-fronts like the ones they'll face come playoff time. And we all know that Brady wilts like no other under pressure.

Normally I would agree but this year is different, before there was always that one or 2 teams that were physically tougher than them.....

I dont see that this year, and it the playoffs going through Foxboro? Yeah they are going to the SB...

if you noticed, he won't even acknowledge the fact that Brown was pulling him on top of him. It doesn't fit his scenario.

Watch the play again. Gronk gravs his face mask with both hands at one point. He drove him out of bounds and threw him into an object. I wouldn't want that sick f*** on my team. I don't care how good he is at football, he's a dirty POS.

But he doesn't though. and why is Sergio Brown hanging onto his facemask and pulling him the entire time? about the only thing Gronk had a fistfull of was maybe some jersey and pads, which you can see when he pushes him. If he had a handful of facemask, Sergio's head would have snapped back. You also leave out the very important fact that Sergio was pulling him. At the end, you can see Gronk fall because Sergio had a kung fu grip on his mask and pull him down with him. Also, did Gronk know there was a camera truck there when part of his facemask was covered by Sergio's hand?

I don't think Brown pulls him until they enter the white out of bounds area, then you can see him tug on Gronkowski. Great place for a cart to be though. Brown is lucky he wasn't injured (or was he?). I'll tell you who also was very fortunate was the ref that threw the flag. He's about two feet away from getting steam rolled.

Anyway, lets get back to talking about the Patriots and how they have a different set of rules that applies to them vs the rest of the league. How many penalties were called on the Colts DB's last night? Several... How many called on the Pats DB's? None? I rest my case.

Gronk pushed him off and which caused Sergios arm to extend and then Sergio pulled him back toward him which all happened right at the pylon.

So where was the facemask call on Brown then?

There is no face mask grab by Gronk. If you look closely it appears so but at the final push you see that Gronk has Sergio's jersey with his right hand. His arm/forearm is angled up though which makes it seem like Gronk had his mask, but he doesn't.

You also see Gronk giving him a final shove probably because it's near the sideline but Sergio tugs him again and Gronk gives him another big shove into the cart.

As a somewhat unbiased bystander who didn't even watch the game or the play...just by looking at the gif alone, Yes, He was grabbing onto Gronks facemask ('kay thats a penalty), but Gronk was literally brute forcing him off the field WELL AFTER the play was over. Someone grabbing your facemask doesn't justify you driving them in reverse multiple seconds after the touchdown was scored, 5-7 yards across the field and then ANOTHER 3+ yards past the sideline before they both fall onto the ground. Let him facemask you to the ground for the easy flag. If you think that event in its entirety was solely due to just the facemask alone, You're a Patriots fan. Plain and simple.

Now after watching the video it looks even worse.
They should both be penalized on that, as they were both in the wrong. However If anyone is trying to make a case for 'gronk did nothing wrong and is a total victim here' that is borderline absurdity. Him grabbing his mask excuses NOTHING that Gronk did, and Gronk obviously has a beef with Brown. Easy call.

"blind with patriots hate" because people on a dolphins fan board don't like a penalty the patriots committed ? ... interesting... As we all know the patriots have given the world zero reasons to dislike them.
