Yes for a number of reasons...including being able to cut him after week 16.

I'd consider it for that reason. He's not that good of a back though. Better than DT I guess. Could have a chip on his shoulder.

I would he's better than DT... Ross would never let him on this team though.

I'd rather have Damien Williams carrying the ball for us than Rice, but the only answer we need is- the team involved in the NFL's most pronounced bullying scandal should be the last team to sign a player suspended for domestic violence.

Hell no. I'd rather the team go 0-5 the rest of the way than attach themselves to either wife beater Rice or child beater Peterson. I hope neither ever plays another down, and loses every penny they ever made.

Ray Rice had football problems before he had wife-beating problems.

No. He's a big pos. I would lose a lot of respect and love for this team if we went out and signed a person like Rice. What he did in that elevator is just purely unforgivable. I mean what a effing coward!! I have no respect for little cowards who hit women. Has to be the worst thing you can do.

After the bullying scandal I doubt we will venture again into the scandal limelight given Philbins precarious lame duck situation.

About as good of an idea as bringing back J. Martin. Both suck and are nothing but drama.

  28. Not sure philbin could handle keeping the team focused with the kind of media circus it would draw but if he can I think he is worth giving a second chance.

Not sure how much he has left in the tank but his running style would be a good fit in miami.

I do not see Ray Rice playing this season, or any season. He is no AP, and I just do not think there is a team missing that one element (save MAYBE Indy) who would take a chance on a player with this kind of baggage.

He is a good blocking back, and I do not think you lose anything there with age, but he really isn't the same back of a few years ago, IMO.

If the tables were turned and it was AP who did the deed, I could see a plethora of teams taking a shot in a heartbeat. I just do not think Ray Rice is a game changer. Quite frankly, I think he may have seen his last down in the league.

I'd like to see how hard he'd run when we play Baltimore next week. Nothing like a good grudge to fuel a running back's leg drive. Sign him up. It might be just the edge we need against the Ravens.

Playing in the NFL is a privilege not one's right. He lost that privilege when he knocked his fiance out in the elevator and drug her out by the hair when the doors opened. He ought to be happy that he is not buried under the jail where most of us would be had it been us. I hope the punk saved his money or my goodness he might have to fall back on the free degree he earned while in college. No way I want him near our Miami Dolphins.

Did Brandon Marshall lose his privilege when he beat his wife repeatedly? If he got a second chance then Rice should get a second chance. This era of social media has everyone so cut throat just so they can sound as if they're perfect. The only reason why I don't think he gets a job is because of how bad he was last season.

A guy like Belichick that always likes to get his hand on someone else's playbook, he might sign Rice if they have to play the Ravens in the playoffs. You can only get so much information from nobodies like Don Jones, they barely know the playbook. Rice definitely knows the offensive playbook of the Ravens.

He was beating her way before she stabbed him. And lets not get into who provoked who first because from the video its apparent Janay slapped Rice. Point is rice made a mistake, the guy already apologized for it, his own wife forgave him and moved on, all of you perfect people need to move on and give him a second chance. Even Pope John Paul II gave his shooter that almost killed him a second chance. Whats wrong with you people lol
