@JamesWalkerNFL: I had this verified, so keep up. If the #Chiefs (7-4) lose tonight and the #Dolphins (6-5) win Monday, MIA holds the final AFC wildcard. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk
I'm not the biggest Philbin guy, but IMO it's not fair to compare what he did when his team and QB were struggling mightily vs. what McCarthy did when his team and QB were pretty much taking what they wanted from anybody. The Packers are giving passing game lessons out there, and any coach would likely consider any possession an scoring opportunity regardless of the situation.
yeah i completely disagree with all of this. your assertion that great players around him made him what he is and that his one tampa year defines him is way off imo.. i think even if you look at his year coming off the surgery in tampa, he was still one of the best..now, he's back to being the best.
Since the offense is clicking now no more conservative gameplay by Philbin. No more excuses for that guy.
Patriots players should be allowed to carry flags on them when they play. That would save everyone the spectacle of watching them whine for flags (which they always get), because they could throw them themselves. The NFL could save money and leave the refs at home for their games.
hey what can you do, some of these dudes need to have someone that knows how to connect and make them feel how they want to feel..belicek understands it..no use hating on the guy,he's a great coach.
well, if you look at it from a steeler perspective, bell is the clear cut #1..but they probably should of found a role.
I don't hate Belichick. I just don't like it when bad behavior comes with a reward. It generally leads to worse behavior down the line. One thing I don't understand is how Jonas Gray can have such a monster game and then get 0 carries the next week without being injured. If that happens to Blount down the stretch, he's getting cut again.
just looking at lacy, he is obviously holding more weight than he had last year or in college, why I don't know, why they let him, i don't know.
Seriously... Every play the someone on the pats is throwing arms up at the refs... Shut the **** up! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Gray disrespected the team by showing late, beliecek made an example of him and checked him, belicek has his own relationship and understanding with blount, he doesn't care what others think, he trusts the relationship.
If he gets a hole though he hits it with authority....seems like he just showed up at camp lazy and over weight. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Revis was late for a practice earlier this year and he didn't sit for a whole game. Maybe leaving early is less of a problem for Belichick (who left SB 42 early himself) than showing up late? (the 2nd sentence is sarcasm, btw) Blount disrespected his team in a much greater way and he got rewarded for it. I'm not blaming anyone personally, I just don't think it's a good situation.
