The replay they showed of the sims pass at the was really good... Gives us fans a little taste of what an nfl QB sees. That was such a tight window.

no... you have to concede that it makes a difference... we all saw the stat... we've averaged over 10 points per 3rd quarter this season... the first team to do it since 1955's Rams... I'm assuming we have to finish the season for it to count though. Got to credit the coaches. Although... we're starting games slowly... so there's a flip side.

It seemed obvious. When Denver came out in 2 TEs last week, I thought we should have went to that front too. With Manning though you could see the reasoning of not going to a heavier slower front. But with fooking Geno, heck yes. Load up and dare him to throw.

You mean the one Wallace didn't catch, or the one where he got open because Tanny went through his progressions and the DB drifted off Wallace as he followed Ryan's eyes.

I dont think it's foolish at all. It's for sure attributed to that.

What bothers me though... why is our gameplan to start the first half almost never good enough? That attributes to coaching as well.

All season we've been very vulnerable to the scripted plays. Who knows why.

I was being slightly hollow with that statement. The (first) corner throw was on Wallace, most definitely. Lay out for that! He alligator-armed it. The Wallace throw at the end I can't get on Tannehill for, he was working with a patchwork offensive line and had to protect the points. He should have identified Landry down the left-seam though, progression be damned.

You know if the coaching staff could get these guys to play full games this year the fins would more then likely be 10-2. The second half comebacks are nice but the first halfs have been brutal for the most part.

Well Fellow dolphin fans , this was a horrible game , rush defense wise.. once again over 200 yards rushing , luckily Geno Smith can't read defenses correctly otherwise we be screwed... We play the ravens at home on Sunday, I hope or defensive coordinator , gets his stuff together{ I wanted to put a expletive here but you all know what I mean} the front four and the LB's because we cant win like this with better caliber teams and win... IE like we seen last week with Denver and some unknown RB that has run over us and KC now... not sure what is going on ? we were doing so good thru the first 9 or 10 games, are we wearing down ????

Yeah, that view from the cable cam... err.. ESPN tonight called it the tiger cam  was an awesome view of that play. You saw the RB's route peel off the LB that opened the lane for the throw. Beautiful to watch, and to know Ryan had the read all along too by the looks of things.

Da fins, the NFL... folks don't truly take into account the emotional side of the game..the game is based on adrenaline and hype, you have to be able to get your self frothing at the mouth to play your best ball, it's just human nature, when there is a set of circumstances that Doesn't get you the hype you need to play at your highest level, your gonna struggle..

You could make a case that last week we blew our load emotion wise and this game was just emotionally hard to get up for.

    All puns are applicable.

when the o line gave him just a smidge of extra time he made some really great clutch throws. the oline is just a mess right now. also, running the ball helps it just seems sometimes they get away from it too soon or don't do it enough.

    I agree...thats exactly what I was saying :)

Exactly the type of team that gives us fits. Every time we get a big win we come out flat next game and give it right back. We always play up or down to the level of competition it seems. Thats why a team like the Vikings worries me as much as Baltimore or NE

I think he is talking about missing a wide open Wallace and Landry.
but really, who cares? Tannehill has turned the corner for us...

Talking in the usual monotone voice. "well uhhh we have to improve tackling. We cant give up 200 yards rushing in the first half". Thanks for the analysis genius.
If he talks like he throws he'll be saying "intercepted" after every 15th word
