It's time we reviewed our options, and get rid of this guy already

Come on now, Hickey. Look at the facts. Let's analyse today, a guy who was at best a project when he first came into the league...

    PROS
    • He has shown decent speed in the past.
    • He has gotten some energy out of the fanbase; In 2007 he kept us believing in Any Given Sunday, even when he worked with guys like Cleo Lemon, John Beck, Reagan Maui'a (who is definitely not a Juggernaut), on a daily basis.
    • People seem to like the work he does in the community during the week.
    • He is a veteran presence around the locker room; which is good to have.

    CONS
    • You have to question his vision. He doesn't quite see the field in the way you'd him to see as a coordinator.
    • He's not an intimidating presence.
    • Lacks the physical talent to make noise in this league. While he has shown decent speed in the past, it's usually when running out of the tunnel; never in game-action. This is not football speed.
    • He constantly shows up out of shape to camp, and even during the season! Just plain unacceptable, honestly.
    • He has nubs for hands. Seriously, how he is able to even grip the ball seems inconceivable!
    • He simply doesn't carry his weight on turf or sod; what has he really done to justify Hickey keeping him around?
    • He's on the sidelines way too much for my liking and will simply never see the field. He is simply not the difference between winning and losing in this league.
    • Let's face it, this guy just isn't a football player, at all.
    • He's SOFT! Just not cut out for football.

Let's face it, this guy has had way too much time to develop and he's given us very little. Have we really been a winner with this guy on the squad?

You forgot his salary as a Pro. Dude works for sardines. Unless you bring in a guy who works for peanuts, he doesn't hit our cap number too bad.

in both professional and college sports, second to none the ugliest mascot.. Looks like a cheap costume that came off the rack in a bag at Party City..

For awhile there I thought you were talking about me, but you didn't mention the size of my feet and my propensity of tripping over them.

If you don't like our mascot, then you don't like the Dolphins!

Agreed, it's time Hickey gets on a charter boat and catches a real life Dolphin and has a Dolphin tank installed on the sidelines.

PETA seems to be in a lackadaisical state right now, what with people so aware of animal rights these days... It would give them something to do, no press is bad press!
