I think that the odds of that happening are next to none, unless RT was to go down early in the season. Philbin finishes the year. However, even as clearly patient as Ross is, this is it for Philbin. A playoff win, or making the playoffs while looking like one of the best teams in the AFC, or he's done. Not saying thats what I would do (I'd have fired him last season), but trying to put myself into Ross' shoes. Even upset as I am, I think that Ross fires him with another meltown, not-quite-good enough year.
