Bring it on.. I sat and watched that dude play Qb live, and it was an uninspiring experience, the man does not move, he doesn't shuffle side to side, he doesn't run for first downs, he doesn't break the pocket, he doesn't make plays...period, he's a robot, if he's got protection and his read is open he can make that throw, other than that I do not believe we have the right QB Who can win it all.. His command of his offense is poor, players lolligaggig back to the huddle all game, and here's some proof, how many freakin batted balls did this dude have.. 4?? Yeah about that... The man does not have a feel for the position, I'll tell you what I saw.... It was just as I expected... Sorry guys it's gonna be a long offseason for me, no confidence at qb.. Changes everything

    LOL!!

More completions in a season than Dan ever had. 4000 yards behind a garbage O line. No #1 WR.

    And you are OUT?

You are OUT. Your opinion is worthless to me. I can't imagine you will ever bring anything of value.

And I am UNliking your youtube video.

    You are blocked.

Whats your opinion on the offensive line?

I'm "out" on them... I saw them suck again.
They created nothing for him, Including lanes to throw. RT rarely has issues with batted balls, except today, when the line was epically bad. The batted passes are on them more than Tannehill.

The team gave up on him today and he paid dearly. I don't know how you missed that.

He probably played most the game with a concussion too. He was rocked like 15 times.

Yeah ...RYAN TANNEHILL is the ****ing problem bro....while rex just sodomized Joe, and we gave up a PERFECT QBR to Geno F'N Smith.
    Yeah, let's talk about RT's 4,000yds 27tds to 12 ints.

You gotta be kidding me bro.
Yeah screw RT and the 6 sack he took today, and the ONE HUNDRED SACKS he's taken in 2 seasons.

I'll say this... if this is your opinion on Tannehill, then you might as well be out on the entire team. There's likely no player who had a better season on this team than Ryan did, so if you're out on him, get ready for a rough off-season because you're likely to want to replace the entire team.

What if you had seen the last game "live" too? What if you saw the SD game "live"?

I saw him in Chicago where he was amazing. I saw him in Jax where he wasn't. The point is that it's such a small sample size to base it off of, especially with the emotion of such a poorly played game.

I agree that he has to move more and it would be nice to see him run, but every QB, EVERY SINGLE ONE, has days like that where they are rushed so heavily they just get flustered.

With that said, I respect the opinion because you may be right. He's come up big in some situations but faltered in others.

You can't be a franchise QB and not lead your team to the playoffs in 3 years. You just can't. Can't think of many franchise QBs like that. Typically, at this point they've done that.

I think he needs to play this last year of his deal. See what he does with an additional year in Lazor's system. If he makes the playoffs, keep him. If he doesn't, move on. No matter what his stats show.

Lol, his best WR is benched, his line was atrocious, yet THIS GAME lets you know he's not the answer. He got sacked 7 times and hit 11, and still had a respectable day.

I'm certainly not sold on him either. I question if he's just a mediocre stat-padder that folds in clutch situations.

He has improved every year. He has some things that are in critical need of improvement, including pocket awareness and using his athleticism to his advantage. I expect him to improve those things next year, because, if he doesn't improve them, he will have hit his ceiling this year. I don't think that's a guy who has hit his ceiling.

I do think you have some very valid points about how he is playing right now, and I think it's funny that some users might block or ignore you because of this one opinion. The faults in his game are frustrating, but the improvements have been fun to watch. If the improvements don't keep coming, let's bump this thread at the end of next season.

Let's bump it either way, because the team will likely be 8-8 again and we'll need something to talk about ;)

    No, he didn't.

I've seen enough of Ryan Tannehill to know he is our guy. He has gotten better each year. Build a line in front of him and watch him get even better.

It is so funny that we can talk Tannehill so much and ignore the defense who stunk, but morons will find a way to make it Rts fault. They find a way to make Wallace acting like a diva after we score a td RTs faults. Its funny how some are such experts are really clueless.

    Unbelievable

Is this some sort of joke? Tannehill is the only aspect of the team that i even have moderate confidence in. Throws for 4000 yards and 27 touchdowns, meanwhile the defense lets up 30 plus points to geno smith. But yeah are qb sucks. Thats reasonable.

He may not have great pocket awareness. But I think a lot of the sacks have been on the oline, along with a significant portion of the lack of downfield passing. He can improve his pocket awareness and downfield accuracy. But when he has some time he seems pretty capable. I'm fairly optimistic about him going into next year, assuming we can improve the oline.

Ryan Tannehill is the best QB we've had since Marino and you're "out"?

The guy has started every game in 3 years despite a swiss cheese line, lack of playmakers and spotty run game, and has STILL managed to improve.

Not sure how you come to your conclusion today after his performance but ok.

Of the reasons why the Dolphins lost this game, Tannehill would be no higher than 10th...

    Defense
    Kevin Coyle
    Joe Philbin
    OL
    Mike Wallace
    Sturgis

Goes on and on. Tannehill played his *** off getting blasted on every drive. This OL still needs a lot of work to be halfway decent. It's amazing he has managed what he has with this collection of cruddy talent and cruddy personalities on offense over the past 3 years.
