http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3168076 DAVIE, Fla. -- Miami Dolphins coach Cam Cameron won't talk about his team's new executive vice president of football operations, or speak his name around reporters. During his press conference Monday, Cameron carefully danced around reporters' inquiries about Bill Parcells, who signed a four-year contract with the 1-14 Dolphins last week. He tiptoed through several questions about Miami's latest hire without ever mentioning Parcells by name. "He and I haven't talked, strictly that," Cameron said. "It's not that I'm not acknowledging something. It's just the fact that he and I will sit down one on one. He and I haven't talked
Clearly he wants to stay focused on the upcoming game against the Bengals. He also doesn't want to answer that question because he knows the next question will be; " How does the Parcells hiring affect you? "
It would probably be best if he did avoid the questions. If I was hired in Parcell's position, I would be impressed by a Coach having such focused. But that's just me.
- "I'm just trying to do what ever gives us the best chance to win. Next question." - "Jason Harris, Miami Post. So when do you think Parcells is going to fire you? We've got a pool down at the office, just looking for some inside information."
