We had the Bowling Ball Don Nottingham who was pretty effective for awhile.

The definition of the position of fullback has probably changed more than any other over the last 40 years. What Zonk did in his day, as a power lead runner, was obviously not what Keith Byers did in his, which was mainly as a receiver and pass blocker. More recently, the guys have functioned almost exclusively as run blockers, never touching the ball.

Its like comparing apples to watermelons.

Our running backs during most of Konrad's time with the team weren't any good either. He was a really good pass catcher though.

I see your point but if I was building a team I would take KEITH BYARS IN rd one or round two but what about the other fullbacks what rounds would you draft them and which ones do you guys think would have made a impact this past season ?

I would take RICKY WILLIAMS AND TONY PAIGE AND USE Bernie Parmalee as a third down back and use a guy like Lorenzo Hampton on special teams .

my offense would have looked like this .

qb Dan Marino Damon Huard and then drafted Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the picks would have been offensive linemen and the next draft would have been all defense .

Davenport had that great TD run against Cleveland in the playoffs in 1985.

Konrad blocked for Ricky Williams far more than any other back that played for the phins during his stint here.

Then I retract my comment, lol. I was thinking he was gone before Ricky came around for some reason. Associating him with JJ Johnson and Cecil Collins and the like.
