Played AC Unity for about a week, and then jumped back into DA Inquisition. I'll get back to AC when my second DA play through is done, but I'd just much rather play DA right now.
taking a short break from 2nd run through of DA inquisition to replay Lord of the Rings, the Third Age. mainly because I've finally gotten my daughter into the story and we just watched the Hobbit trilogy and have watched the first two LOTR movies.
My wife and I co-oped through that one years back. OK game. I can see how it would be a good intro for kids.
Did anyone pick up Dying Light? I'm on the fence about it and thinking about picking it up this weekend.
Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. My 3.5 year old daughter has become interested, and though she isn't comfortable with playing by herself yet, she loves watching me play as her avatar...to the point that my arm was sore yesterday from swinging the Wiimote around, lol.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Like the last one, really forcing me to make the move to get the Circle Pad Pro.
Finally got tired of Battlefield 4 after hitting rank 131 and uninstalled it. I'm getting more into ArmA 3, though it's incredibly difficult to play alone. It's very much a group/social game in disguise. I recently discovered Jester814 on Youtube, and I definitely want to have a game experience like his. Also winding down AC Unity. I've hit 100%, and club competitions are the only thing left to do. The upcoming DLC isn't plot related or even Unity related, so I don't feel too obligated to play it. Debating whether to start Far Cry 4 or to make a dent in my console/3DS backlog.
I'm winding down on Unity too. Completed the story of Dead Kings and don't feel motivated to go through the trouble to find the objects left. Nearing the end of the main story, and my equipment is about as good as its going to get. I'm eagerly waiting for the new MLB The Show to come out. Depressed that it comes out a month later than it used to now.
Pretty much just playing Destiny now. Struggling through Crota End raid after Crota End raid trying to get gear and materials I need to get to level 32. Started Last of Us, but it's not really doing it for me to be honest.
Well, AC Rogue is coming out on PC in 8 days. But I'm moving on/back to ArmA III. Just applied to a realism unit. Let's see how this works out.
King of the Hill for Arma 3 is really fun. It's very similar to BF where 3 factions OpFor, BluFor, and Indies are fighting for control of one area on the map. There are strategic areas (towers) that when occupied increase the factions population in the area. Points are awarded every 40 seconds to the faction that has the most population in the area, game is won when a faction reaches 100. Assets are purchased (full range of vehicles) along with weapons and perks that follow a leveling system. It is pretty damn, cool. Check it out, and if you want let me know, we'll squad up. I can probably get a few more guys in with us as well. EDIT: Forgot to mention that KotH doesn't require any mods. That's unfortunate too, since I'd love to play with JSRS sound mod enabled. Check that out if you haven't already and do yourself a favor. Blast Core for visual effects as well if you're looking to mod.
Currently playing Evolve, which is fun as hell. And ofcourse CS:GO & Dota 2... since PC master race. friends played the beta for battlefield hardline and said it was really good. I definitely won't drop 60$ on it, but I might drop 40-42$ on it from g2a. I bought evolve that way. Game play looks fun and different. And even if its insignificant, i think the Easter egg reload animations are cool as hell. also still can't stop watching competitive starcraft 2. Love it.
Made it in to the ArmA 3 group…. and the time requirements are more than what I expected. I probably can't do this at all. Sigh.
Now that I'm done with AC Unity, I'm playing a little Madden with updated rosters to reflect free agency until The Show comes out on the 31st.
If you're looking for a hardcore group to play with but on your own time, try United Ops. I used to play with them a long time ago in arma 2. They could be very pretentious, and impatient with noobs. They run huge coop missions and sometimes PVP. Maybe more PVP with arma 3, I don't know. Wanna know what I mean about these guys? Here's a 1.5 hr orientation video. LOL. One thing for certain you need to learn how to use the ACRE radio mod that requires adjusting some Teamspeak settings as well. Pretty immersive when you are familiar with everything, but can be overwhelming. Spoiler Oh, and here's a 1.5 hour course on how to operate the squad radio from the ACRE mod. lol. Have fun. Spoiler I just play King of the Hill tbh. Great teamwork with randoms and its a lot fun that you can jump in and out of anytime.
I joined the 506th IR. They make United Operations look ragtag. One of the higher ups in the group has a pretty good Youtube channel.
Dragon Age Origins. My friend is borrowing Inquisition, which I never finished and will probably start over again, so I said **** it, I'll just play the whole series from the beginning. Enjoying it so far.
Left Planetside, playing reminded me of its repetitive nature. Back into DayZ and still playing Arma 3. GTA5 coming soon though...
First time playing V? It's spectacular, but I guess you don't need me to tell you that. Me and 3 of my friends ran the heists 3 times through and now we're taking a break, but I already want to start playing it again. I hope now that they have the format for making these heists down that they come out with more, but I don't know if that'll happen.
