I kid, I kid. Cutler for a 7th would be worth it if the next team who takes him isn't trapped with that dead money hit. Someone needs to commit and make Cutler their man.
Welp.....I'm stuck over the cap and outta trade ideas. If someone's got some creative offers I'll listen. Until then ....time for sleep since I should be up in 5 hours for work o.O.
This is one of the reasons I'm leaning towards just keeping Foles, and why I've been stubborn about the price for him. Using Cutler as an example, and assuming our cap is around 140 mil, he's taking up 12% of your cap. Foles, on the other hand, counts towards less than 1% of the salary cap.
Certainly nothing wrong with keeping Foles, he gets too little credit for his 2013 campaign and too much blame for his struggles early in 2014.
Foles issues were directly a result of Shady doing his best impression of cj2k.....and not in a good way.
Foles was never really healthy either in 2014 prior to his season ender. I think Riley Cooper also sucking ice didn't help matters.
Funny you mention it ... because Riley Cooper is on the block!!! He can be yours today!!! Actually, scratch that. I may auction him off. Hmm ... I wonder if he will have a problem with that?
No way I could have given up Sanders and Ward without getting a WR back. Colquitt was a salary dump and after trading for Doug Martin and having CJ Anderson on roster.....I didn't have much value for Ball and decided he couldnt be the sticking point. Honestly think that was a fair deal. I can usually tell whether I gave more value or got more value in a deal and this one feels close to me. Some may not see it that way, but Im happy with it personally. BTW Buckeye Im going to get back to you, Im just trying to get my team page done here with a cracked laptop screen I can barely read
