Except she KNEW her "attacker", rode home with him the next day. Wore his jersey to games and around campus after the "incident". Then, after a year, her lawyer decides to contact Winstons lawyer and demands millions of dollars(from a poor college student), for her silence. Oh yea.. Really stand up gal Todd. Lol
That is fair enough. Like I said, I'm not convinced he did it. I just think if he did do it, we wouldn't have found out anyway.
Honestly, why do have such a hard on for defending Jameis? He's lacking common sense and maturity, matter of factly, he really doesnt give two flying ****s about anything but himself. Not only did he defy law enforcement officers, but he defied his coaches when we wasnt supposed to dress for the UM game. FSU, covered up a lot for him, and i know that for sure. Not saying he's a rapist, but he's really done some very questionable, make you go hmmmm kind of things. Some of it you cant even chalk up to lack of common sense, he just really doesnt do well with authority. If I'm an employer, im not sure i want that on my hands. You can say he's a leader on the field, in the classroom, but his actions outside of those things say different.
Honestly if I was 100% sure off the field I'd not have done our trade. Not that I think he's a bad person...but he certainly can be immature. If he was a WR or any other position with his talent I wouldn't bat an eye at that but at QB its a risk. Hes definitely the best QB in this class though IMO and a talented player. If his head is on straight he will make a team very happy.
Because people like you who bring up stuff like that is delusional. Straight up and honestly. Does he have maturity issues? He absolutely has shown to have issues in that department. Has he been a choir boy off the field, absolutely not. But there is a lot of idiots out there saying stupid stuff like "OMG he dressed for the UM game when he wasnt suppose to" that other people crazy.
you'll notice i never once questioned his talent. He is very talented. If he were anyone but "the face of franchise position" i might over look that. But, as an employer, nope no way, not until he can prove that he can be trusted. Ill let someone else bask in the glory.
thats a direct definition of defying authority.. And what did Jimbo do, he covered for him....said it was his fault. I know for sure, it wasnt...I KNOW! And thank you for calling me an Idiot, i love to be referred to as that.
Yea it wasnt Jimbo's fault. It was whoever put pads at Jameis' locker. Oh yea, I bet he directly defied the "dont dress in pads" and purposely sought out some pads to defy Jimbo's command. WAY more believable. But you know thats what happened for sure because of your sources...
pads are in his locker all the times - equipment guys put jersey's out for everyone. I know this because ive been in both college and professional football locker rooms. He could easily get those things. Then he went on the field and took snaps. When Dumbo noticed they sent him inside to change. so yeah lets just agree to disagree, he's such a stand up guy that you are willing to go to the ends of the earth to prove. Defensive, much?
...plus a video recording, one that got deleted in head-scratching fashion despite its existence being proof of Winston's innocence had the entire encounter been consensual like he professed. The victim was aware of Casher trying to record it. Why would she pursue rape chargers if she knew there's video evidence showing she's lying? ... and TPD made darn sure it would remain that way forever- only 2 people knowing "for sure" what transpired that night, although- her attending nurse & clinician that morning both believed her vaginal tearing, bloodied panties, bruised forearm & knee [consistent with her forcibly being held down], scrapes to her feet and arms, [consistent with her statement of trying to kick while resisting], fever, vomiting, chills, back pain, and a need to be administered valium to calm her heavy anxiety were all consistent with sexual assault. What we also know for certain is, through all of TPD's suspicious, extensive monitoring and investigating of her phone & text records, emails, and social media accounts amidst their attempt to discover SOMETHING, ANYTHING to use against her, they couldn't find a shred. Too bad they never investigated or monitored Winston's or Casher's business... but why would they when they knew he committed the act and wanted to ensure nothing could be used against him.
Possibly. Maybe. Ive thought about offering it but honestly want to make sure Im not desperately over valuing my home town QB
WRONG. That's explicitly her description of the unknown male who followed her around that night and bought her a drink, and you're correct- it is right there in the report for all to see, as well as further proof of Tallahassee PD lying about the case by creating false information intended to make the victim look like a liar, such as their statement that she lied about contacting her friend that night who said her phone had no missed calls from her when she checked it the following morning...... and them BOOM, it's right there in the goddam phone records- 2 calls to the girl [Monique I think it was] back-to-back at around 2am, just like the victim reported. This was the same Monique who suspiciously grew out of touch with the victim following the incident. Yup, no shenanigans or conspiring going on here, b/c we all know the police only use scare tactics and fear-mongering on the victim, not her friends who could be of good use.
Well I sent you a PM so you could be doing real trade talking Half joking, but I really did send one.
Clemson was no different when they used to be less discriminant about the players they recruited, the only difference being there was no high profile rape case like this that involved the turning of a blind eye in such glaring, ugly, egregious manner. Had this very same incident, mirrored to a T, happened with Brian Dawkins while I was there, I would've been irate as a student to witness him receiving such favorable treatment that would never be extended to a normal Clemson student.... but maybe that's just me.
that's kinda how it works, Nap. Once a civil suit is over she can no longer pursue matters further. This event has ruined her life, dude. Have you ever received death threats and been fiercely ostracized from the society you knew and loved, from the college you loved? I doubt it WADR. Of course she went silent about it all for a bit. Who wouldn't when the people you think are supposed to be protecting you and assisting your case [the police] are clearly working for the other side? Who wouldn't when they're receiving death threats? Who wouldn't when doing the opposite is making her life a living hell. WADR, have you for one second attempted to put yourself in the girl's shoes, closed your eyes and actually tried to understand everything she's been through, or have you had your mind made up from the onset and have only been looking at the things you feel align with your views? .....and she didn't ride home with him the next day. She was driven home about an hour later... when her BAC was at least 1.0, and this was a girl who rarely drank. She was still drunk at the time, perhaps even hitting the high point of her drunk, not to mention was mentally distraught, physically exhausted, bruised, and battered. You get a black guy wearing a hoodie at night taking you home on the back of his scooter where you can't see his face, he's not gonna be easy to remember a detailed facial description of regardless of how much you've had to drink or how mentally & physically distraught you are at the time.
No problem. I wasn't actively seeking to move him anyway, just saw you needed a MLB and thought I'd kick the tires.
WHAT? "This guy isn't bright"? Is that really the argument you're going with in attempt to discredit those who believe Winton is a rapist? We're not taking about a guy who's only blemishes were failing a few semesters and an ambulance ride after sticking his wiener in an electrical socket. I don't know of anyone who thinks, "Hey this guy is just like Lenny from Of Mice and Men. Maybe he did rape her and didn't even know it cause he's a big dumdum with the mental & emotional maturity of a 3 year old". We're thinking, "this kid has a history of engaging in delinquent/criminal activity, a history of defying authority, a history of acting with self entitlement, a history of poor behavior toward women, a history of not knowing the meaning of the word "STOP", a history of being involved with an incarcerated drug dealer facing Murder 1, a history of publicly disrespecting other college programs, and a history of generally being an ***hole". Therefore it's completely FAIR to think Winston, not the 2 girls, is the one lying here. What's not fair is blindly defending a repeat criminal delinquent like Winston over two girls with no such history.
Todd my friend....if you read most of my other posts I say I'm not convinced he didn't do it. I'm just saying most people aren't as intelligent as you, not directed at anyone here but the world in general. They tie independent actions together and make judgements on an incomplete picture. That was my only point. My point wasnt to say he didn't do it and people are coming up with the wrong conclusion. Simply that a lot of people make their conclusion based on incomplete facts which isnt right even if the conclusion is correct.
Let's pretend you're right for a minute and it is due to a case of immaturity. Explain what would cause Jameis to experience such a rare, extreme level of immaturity for a college kid who is clearly old enough and has been lectured enough to know the difference between right and wrong? This deep level of "immaturity" isn't simply just a thing that randomly happens, like he accidentally caught it from his previous [strike]victim[/strike] one night stand. There's a cause behind it. It's a symptom. So what is it a symptom of? What's causing it? It's literally the definition of "ignorance" to blindly assume it's something that will pass like the flu.
apologies for misinterpreting it lil broseph. You can understand my error after the posts I made not too long before yours I would hope. Your post was a tad misleading though you gotta admit.
My post explaining it was too At the end I meant to write that people often lump accusations together as if being guilty of one thing must make you guilty of another. Basically that people need to look at the rape completely separate from his other mishaps. Because while they show immaturity, that alone doesn't make you a rapist. It is its own beast is what I mean I guess. Im running really low on sleep
righhht... and he only raped that poor girl b/c Casher placed Winston's ***** in his hand after laying her drunk *** down in front of him. Dick in hand? -check. Naked girl laying in front of me? -check. *accessing.computer.for matches.... Be-boo-be-boo-be-boo-beep* "Jameis.Winston, there's a 97.8 percent probability this situation suggests the insertion of your ***** into her vagina". Upon penetration, begin thrusting your pelvis vigorously. You will feel a funny feeling come over you, do not ignore it, keep thrusting. Estimated wait time until orgasm is 4 minutes and 32 seconds. You may experience an increase in hunger and desire for rest shortly after". So you're telling me that no FSU players were ever suspended while Winston was there, you know- so Winston would actually have an excuse for looking like an idiot and a defier of authority by dressing in full gear for a game? I believe I've read evidence of the opposite- that there indeed have been suspended players while Jameis was there, that they did not dress for games, and that they stood on the sidelines in civilian clothes in respect of their suspension. If he's that much of an idiot to put pads on while he's suspended just b/c they're in his locker, then that gets added to his list of concerns, not quenches them.
Where the hell do you get all this info from? BAL of at least 1.0? Her showing signs of rape from her in home doctor? I mean, its nuts the stuff youve come up with that I have literally never read any of this, anywhere. And Ive read hours of it, because I wanted to make my own decision on things that happen. Not be swayed because hes a Nole. Please reference these things you state...Thanks.
Sorry, this is the Jameis Winston thread, you'll have to take that somewhere else as you weren't asking for a backup QB.
That's why Jameis entered the draft this year. The University, the FSU program, and Dumbo didn't wanna deal with the massive headache and ticking time bomb that is Jameis Winston for another year after 3 consecutive years of being a f*** up, a criminal, and a general disgrace to the University and Program off the field. They already got a Nat'l Championship out of it. No need to press their luck. They were like, "We'll cover for you, but in return, you gotta get the f*** out!".
