001. Jacksonville - JAMEIS WINSTON, QB, FLORIDA STATE The future is Ryan Mallett in Jacksonville... or is it? The Jags won't be willing to bank the future of their franchise on Ryan Mallet so they'll select the crab stealin', woman feelin', Heisman reelin quarterback outta FSU! 002. Tennessee - RANDY GREGORY, DE, NEBRASKA The Titans keep telling us that Mettenberger is the future of the franchise so look for them to pass on Mariota. They were able to bring back Derrick Morgan at a manageable price so they'll team him up with Gregory to boost their pass rush. 003. Miami - LEONARD WILLIAMS, DT, USC The Dolphins used the transition tag on Jared Odrick but the loser of the Gipson sweepstakes will likely turn their attention to Odrick. The Dolphins will simply take the compensatory draft selection and add the best player in this year's draft class. 004. Oakland - KEVIN WHITE, WR, WEST VIRGINIA The Raiders love speed so Kevin White is their man. After acquiring Matthew Stafford, Oakland will look to give him more weapons than just Percy Harvin and Jordan Reed. White should provide an instant impact for the Raider offense. 005. Cleveland - MARCUS MARIOTA, QB, OREGON The Cleveland general manager has avoided taking quarterbacks early in the past but this time will be an exception. Matt Schaub, Shaun Hill, and Connor Shaw are three reasons why they'll select Mariota with the fifth overall selection. 006. Indianapolis - AMARI COOPER, WR, ALABAMA Andrew Luck will be partying hard early on Sunday after the selection of Amari Cooper. This will give Luck a wide array of weapons: CJ Spiller, Randall Cobb, TY Hilton, Amari Cooper, Charles Clay, and Dwayne Allen. Who needs a defense? 007. New England - TRAE WAYNES, CB, MICHIGAN STATE With Tom Brady getting up in age, the Patriots will look to add some more firepower to their defense to let him coast his way to the Super Bowl. Waynes will be added to a strong secondary featuring Joe Haden and Brent Grimes. 008. San Francisco - DANTE FOWLER JR, LB, FLORIDA The 49ers are going towards a youth movement (not by choice) so adding an extra piece to their defense is a necessity. It's just a matter of who... they'll go with the talented pass rusher out of Florida who looks to be the next Terrell Suggs. 009. New York Giants - SHANE RAY, DE, MISSOURI New York was unable to retain Jason Pierre-Paul in free agency. While the Giants likely should have used their franchise tag on the young pass rusher, they'll elect to take one of the top defensive ends in the draft and a man with two first names. 010. St. Louis - BRANDON SCHERFF, OT, IOWA The Rams have one glaring hole at right guard on the offensive line. The tackle out of Iowa has could play outside or inside at the next level and the Rams will pencil him at at right guard to open up lanes for Montee Ball and Tre Mason.
You just address based on biggest need. So if Griddles didn't have a starting LT he would just mock Scherff to himself.
After round 1 this year, I will probably be drafting a bunch of bums. I haven't watched tape, haven't watched games, nothin. I wish I had the time. All I'm saying is, please don't point and laugh lol
