    - Cannot post the link, but it's through Palm Beach Post.

Miller has reportedly added 7 lbs of bulk to his 218 playing weight from '14.

7 lbs is not enough to affect his speed.

7 lbs isn't necessarily going to make him a stronger runner either.

Haha, that's what I thought. Where was all that "muscle" that Mike Wallace supposedly packed on to make him so much more physical last year?

Lamar Miller will probably show up in 2015 as the same dude he was in 2014...which I'm fine with. :)

I heard him speak over a year ago and he actually sounds much more polished.

Not saying that Lamar Miller is Ricky Williams, but I do remember when Ricky bulked up to 225....he was a BEAST that year....and rushed for 1800+ yards that season if memory serves correctly...

    Just pointing out, that's all

I think that was the other way around. He played heavy in N.O., the year he came to Miami he dropped weight and was a monster.

While I'm not claiming that 7 pounds will make a difference in Miller's physicality, using Wallace as your argument against it is ridiculous. Wallace was disappointing in many ways, but far and away the biggest improvement he had last year over the previous years was in his physicality. His TD improvement was primarily a result of him catching contested passes that he would never have caught the previous year.
