Sort of an interesting look at what positions have been hit the hardest through the draft. I also spaced it out by round so you can see where the runs happened.

    Observations
    • There was a gap of 83 picks between Winston at #2 overall and Hundley in Round 3, the largest gap among offensive or defensive positions.
    • Lucky #7 / Taking a Flyer: 7 QBs were selected in Round 7.
    • Digging for Gold: There was as many Running Backs selected in Round 6 and 7 as there were in Rounds 1, 2, and 3. Round 6 saw a total of 7 backs drafted.
    • The most popular round for Wide Receivers was the Second Round, where 9 were selected. Another 8 went in Round 5.
    • Wide Receivers are always popular, and this year was no exception, with 32 selected, the most of any single position.
    • No Love: With only 15 selections, TE tied for the least-drafted position with Safety.
    • TE was the least drafted position in Rounds 1 through 3.
    • The most popular overall position was offensive line, with 41 total selections. That's not really surprising as it is actually made up of 3 positions.
    • It's Not Glamorous, Apparently: 28 of 41 offensive linemen were selected after Round 4.
    • There were a total of 8 Defensive Linemen taken in Round 3, tied for second with WR as the position hit the most in one single round.
    • Linebacker seemed to be hit consistently. 5 of 7 Rounds had at least 5 linebackers drafted.
    • CB was interesting. Most were drafted either before Round 4 (13 selections), or after Round 6 (11 selections). Only 5 were drafted in Round 4 or Round 5.
    • Forgotten: The Saftey class has been panned as weak, and most agreed, with only 15 being drafted.
    • Really Forgotten: With only 1 selection in the first two rounds (the lowest of any offense or defensive position), Saftey was pretty much ignored until picking up in late Round 3 and early Round 4.
    • A Punter went in the compensory portion of Round 7. So that's cool.
