I see a 6-0 start which means we will finally beat the Texans.
11-5 or 12-4 is not out of the question with this schedule.
We had a tough schedule last year, this schedule is a walk in the park compared to that and that alone is worth an extra 3 or 4 wins.
There is reason for optimism but I know the pessimist will be pessimist no matter what.

If they're not at least 9-3 by wk 13, I say we burn down the practice facility.

Good point. If Philbin can't get this team off to a very hot start with that beginning schedule, it should definitely tell Ross all he needs to know. I doubt 3-3 gets him fired mid season, but if things were to go any worse than that, it certainly should. No excuses this year. That's a much easier schedule, it's his 4th year. Big money was spent once again in free agency. This is as make a break year I can ever remember a Dolphins head coach having since Shula left. And there have been plenty of them.

I'm with ya there...I even thought Bowles earned it when he took over for Sporano. IF only he'd have been good at PowerPoint :(

Looking at the available tickets posted next to their schedule on ESPN's site, the most tickets available for any home game is 1,523. If that's accurate, that's pretty damn good compared to the last, oh, BAZILLION years.

That's because he got rid of 10,000 seats, which I am still unhappy about unless they have a way to add those seats temporarily..I believe if we would have stayed at 75000 we still would be almost sold out at this time..People are ready and really excited for this year. Speaking of the seats...I am surprised that you can land the deal to host the Super Bowl with only 65000 seats...We are in the running to host a Super Bowl in our HGTV Stadium.
