Well I guess we aren't worrying about why he isn't here or trading him now. Just cut him. Put this loser out of his misery in the nfl
could have prob got a 2nd or 3rd from philly. **** this guy, cut his *** and try to recoup all money paid to him.
Wow. This is absolutely stunning. I can't believe what a total waste this guy is. To think he cost a 1st and a 3rd...unbelievable.
He is now officially the biggest bust in the history of the Dolphins and it isn't even close, IMO They basically traded a first and second round pick for a player who will now have made only a few plays over his three years in the league. Most of his time after three years would have been spent on suspension or recovering from injuries. He needs to go ahead and move to Colorado or Washington, where smoking pot is legal and open a pot store with the money he stole from the Dolphins. Because it is obvious he is more interested in using drugs than he is in playing in the NFL. What a waste of talent he has proved to be.
Is there any chance there's a clause in his contract that says we don't owe him "guaranteed" money if something like this happens? Man.. this is the worst of all possible scenarios discussed. Yeah, biggest bust in Dolphins history for sure.
There is no fixing stupid, like Shane Ray deciding to smoke some pot and drive around 3 days before the draft. smh. how far will Ray drop now that Jordon news came out. i bet further than he would have prior to this news with Jordan.
The only compensation is they don't have to pay him while he is on suspension. They get nothing in compensation otherwise and that is just the chance you take every time you draft a player in the NFL.
all the more reason to fire Philbin when are we going to get some players who are great in the community and are playmakers on the field as well this seems to be a never ending thing with the players we draft.
what a waste of talent and picks. the dolphins need to dump his *** and just wash their hands of him at this point.
I'm no fan of Philbin but this was Ireland's pick. Yes Philbin signed off on it, but this was all the work of the Irish man.
I think its time to fire the entire scouting department and get some guys who can find talent because its stuff like this that drags this franchise down.
They should've traded him when they might have gotten at least a late draft pick for him before or during the 2014 season. Or maybe it was already too late.
Look at the 2013 draft, close your eyes, and throw a dart. Chances are that player would have contributed more than Jordan.
oh that's right I have been blocking out that bastard the memories just keep on biting us in the ***.
Well, Dion Jordan should be entering the public workforce with the rest of us peasants soon enough....my thoughts....
Supposedly (according to bleacher report)...we were nearing a trade to Philly for him. So did we know this was coming and we're purposely hiding information? If so the league, and/or media is going to have a big problem with this.
Wait for it..... Spoiler In all seriousness though, agree with all those who have concluded biggest bust in Dolphins history. In my lifetime of being a Dolphins fan, Yatil Green is the only one who comes close, but his bust status was just bad luck with injuries and out of his control. Dion Jordan is just a ****ing moron. Drafting someone that stupid really adds to the bust factor.
I would have thought that between Jordan and Ansah Jordan would have been the better player. I'm apparently a dumbass.
It looked like Philly would of traded for this guy. Still, I'll take Jordan over Gholston any day of the week.
well I thought the Eddie Moore or John Avery pick was bad but this is twice as bad as those picks . this should move the dolphins to re evaluate the scouting department even if this was all Ireland's fault .
I think it more likely that they were working on a deal but it fell through because they were notified of this. It's likely they've known about this for a while.
What's kind of bust is worse? Potential talent that's wasted by being a moron(Jordan) or just not being a very good in the NFL(Goldston)?
