Kid's got a lot of potential, just like Lippett. It's gonna be really interesting to see who makes the 53. I'd like to see Grimes, Taylor, Davis, both McCains, Lippett, Aikens, Delmas, Jones and Thompson make it. That leaves 2 solid vets in Bowman and Thomas out, but I don't see any way we can carry any more than 10 on the team (very unusual). I like Thomas, but he was an udfa and I read somewhere that the reason SF let him go is he had very questionable coverage skills with them. Bowman would probably help us more this year than some of the guys I'd like to see make the roster but the upside isn't there. I'm a big fan of homegrown talent, sheeeeeeeeeit GB only has 1 player (Julius Peppers) whom I believe is on their roster and wasn't drafted by them. He's definitely the only non drafted player projected to start for them, and they're legit Super Bowl contenders and have been for a while now. If bowman really balls out in camp or Thomas for that matter I wouldn't be opposed to them taking a roster spot from one of the young guys, but they're really gonna have to ball out because I don't see either of them starting and I'd like to see us stock our depth with young potential instead f journeyman guys like Bowman and Thomas (who I think gets a lil too over rated by Dolfans because of 1 play...understandably). If we were to keep 11 in the secondary though, It wouldn't be unheard of and I think Bowman definitely makes the team if that's the case.
