Technically there's no rule against it. I believe that unless the Dolphins started charging for admittance they wouldn't be allowed to restrict entrance to anyone who wasn't causing a disturbance, was a danger, etc. I do think they can limit recordings and pictures though. But this guy doesn't seem to be doing either so if he were a Pat's spy he would be within the letter of the law, if not the spirit, which seems to be a hallmark of "the Patriot Way".
Pretty sure you have it backwards. If they charge for admittance, then they can't restrict it. But as long as it's free... teams can't go to another team's practice. Thats why no team charges for training camp. If it were the other way around, they'd charge $1 admission just to bar other teams.

For signature or post pictures if they're saved to my laptop I upload them to imgur then copy the link, the one ending in .jpg, if it's just a webpage that is just a picture copy that link. The link should end in .jpg or .png or .gif. Once you have whatever link copied come on here and click the little icon "Insert Image," next click on "From URL" in the box that pops up then paste the link, uncheck the box next to "Retrieve remote file and reference locally," click "OK" and it should show the image in the text box. Works for me. Changing my avatar and profile picture is the only thing I can't get to work.. and I've tried everything. It stopped working after we had the site go down for those few days awhile back. Hopefully it gets fixed and soon.
I'll try to help with posting tweets and stuff from training camp today, but I just got home from work.. gotta jump in the shower and run some laundry first.
