    He may be facing more penalties than his current 4 game suspension for substance abuse. Tons of talent, but he seems like a real winner.

    You would think that his suspension is now at least doubled, and that the league might boot him for the year. I've read that if he's charged and convicted of the crimes he's accused of, he'd go to jail long enough that what the NFL did or didn't do becomes irrelevant.

    Interesting take I am seeing is that Wilkerson could potentially use this as leverage, since the Jets reportedly are hesitant to endorse Richardson. Wonder how much they knew of his behavior when taking Leonard Williams as well.

    Well, apparently he will only be charge with a misdemeanor involving speeding because the prosecutor doesn't feel like its worth it to go after him for anything else. Hopefully, the league will put the hammer down even though the law has failed in doing so.
