Honestly it is quite embarrassing we have such an amateur as commissioner of the NFL.. and Ted Wells is another buffoon I hope he's never involved in another investigation again. I'm pretty sure even most Patriots' fans agreed Brady had some involvement with the footballs and ordered for them to get them deflated.. There isn't a black person out there that doesn't think OJ Simpson killed Nicole but you saw the whole black community defend OJ anyways, and that's pretty much how patriot fans are with Brady. But it all comes down to technicalities, ted wells says more probable than not instead of reporting Brady did have involvement. they didn't warn him that they can suspend him for not cooperating. there's just so much the NFL could have done to damage Brady and the Patriots but they decided to keep the investigation very vague, they decided to keep it a league investigation instead of going to other avenues to investigate. It's just amateur season for the NFL and it is embarrassing that this is how it ended.

There is a lack of evidence against him (hard evidence at least) but the real issue is the NFL's complete mishandling of their this investigation and use of their conduct policy. Rodger Goodell likes to make **** up as he goes along, and under his watch, major suspensions have been overturned. Let's not forget bountygate was completely overturned insofar as players are concerned. Payton could of likely gotten out of his suspension if he had tried too.

That won't be the case. If the NFL follows up with an appeal, then this will drag out longer. You just won't have to hear about whether Brady is playing week 1 or not.............

I dont ever hope for injuries. Lets just end his division winning streak and keep him from the playoffs. I think the division takes care of business against the Patriots this season. Wouldnt shock me if the Patriots go 1-5 in the division this year, the Jets stealing a game.

Living in NE is torture. My Facebook feed is all about how Brady is the best QB ever and that he has so many rings and haters and stuff it and so on. Everyone here believes that the court case proves that Brady was innocent 100%. I was talking with my brother tonight and an interesting question came up. What happened to the two Patriot employees who were fired from the organization? If they were fired, would they not go public and reveal the truth? They could write a book and make lots of money. Or are they getting a very good severance pay that will stop if they tell the truth? Another theory is that Brady's phone is sitting on the bottom of the Charles river, along with the two employees! Edit - now I read that the NFL asked them to be let go so it will be interesting to see what happens to them. Will they be reinstated? Or will they just vanish?
Those same dumpster fire Stej, last year, lost both games vs. the Cheatriots, by a combined 3 points...but that was with Sexy Rexy who always over-achieved in the division. Refs boned 'em in one game (and ya they boned themselves too) and the other one they just failed when they had a chance. I don't hope for injuries either, but it wouldn't hurt my feelings any.

A lot of fans admitted it in patsfans, but that's not what the ruling was. The ruling was can you suspend a guy for conduct detrimental (for not cooperating with the case) and why wasn't he warned beforehand that he can be suspended for not cooperating. Berman also added can you give a guy 4 games for not cooperating which is equivalent to the punishment of using PED's.

So ****ty that this didnt already happen. I mean the Pats were well on the way to win another superbowl. Luckily this didnt happen thanks to CJ anderson Lets hope this sticks now and we get a chance to play them within those first four games and get a win in New England! I dont care how sad it is I just just want a win in Foxboro againsat them to slow the season down and give us a change to be in it towards the end.. The AFC is always over week 8 it seems.
