Despite his fumble on the Punt the other night, I think they want him to return kicks this year. That gives him position flexibility and they covet that. Plus I've seen Gillislee look good against backups before and disappear when things count.
I agree Deej, except I think it time to let him loose out on the field....He was looking so good and it should not be too hard for him to beat out Sheppard, once he is healthy.
Josh Freeman officially cut. DB's Crezdon Butler, Ras-I Dowling, and Gerod Holliman are now on the market after being released by their respective teams. Additionally, veteran G/C Doug Legursky, DT Devon Still, and QB Tim Tebow have been cut.

Tebow is quite the enigma, he's hard to watch from a technical/mechanics stand point, and I'm not exaggerating, at the same time I'm not sure I've ever seen a player with as much natural leadership ability. As bad as he is technique wise, I think he's probably a better back up QB than most, just based on leadership ability, because if you believe that your QB will win the game if you just keep it close enough, guys will play harder to keep it close, that's the effect a true leader has on a team, belief.

he was a good find, did hang until the end, although if we are honest, there wasn´t much behind Cameron and Sims to get excited about
It makes sense if LaMike is supposed to make the team, Jones wasn't gonna be anything other than a return guy.

****, they cut Christion Jones. And with him, at LEAST two TDs this year on returns, imo. First cut I am unhappy with. Majorly unhappy.
