I will take anyone other than Wannstedt and Cameron right now. Philbin is hot garbage.

It was time to blow out the coaching staff after the end of the 2013 season.

What the hell is going on with Jauwan James? Looks like he lost his mojo after being moved to left tackle last year. Not looking like the cornerstone at RT we imagined when he was drafted.

Hate Philbum, hate Coyle, hate Lazor. I'm completely in favor of blowing it up completely. Recruit a damn competent HC with a spine and let him hire his own staff.

The most heartbreaking thing is we can't fire the Owner.

Ross is a spineless owner and Philbin is a spineless coach. Buckle up dolphans, here comes another terrifyingly mediocre season.

Our head coach is in Michigan reportedly because Ross has more allegiance to his alma mater than to his own team.

If we lose against the Bills in our grand opening of a refurbished stadium, Ross will put pressure on Philbin to make a move. In the end a lot of money has been invested in the offseason by Ross for him to continue receiving the same results though it is part his fault he is still the man in charge and heads will roll.

About 200 something million on renovations, i think around 95 million guaranteed money on Tannehill and Suh combined, and he gave Albert a fat contract a season ago and he cant even stay on the field.

Telling you next week that offensive line better block williams, mario and Dareus or major changes will come soon.

I do not blame Ross. Really think he is a good owner. I am completely disgusted by Philbin and Coyle. Lazor is fast on his way there too! Some of this stuff just makes no damn sense. And why the hell is Tannehill throwing to the middle of the field with 30 seconds left and no time outs! WTF!!!

I am angry and just plain tired of this. They have looked unprepared in both games. We knew we had holes on the oline and at Lb, but there isn't a team out there without holes and they manage to beat the teams they should. We have more than enough talent on this team and we still cant put it together. I just don't get it!

I love the Dolphins and I ain't going anywhere but DAMN!

I think the biggest problem with Ross is he has TOO much patience, which can be as bad as too little.

If there is anything you can fault him with, that would be it. He invested his own money to fix the stadium, has brought in seemingly every player the team says they want and he doesn't meddle.

Honestly I am not sure what else we could want out of the guy.

Wannstedt is the one who started the slide we havent been able to stop. Of course he isn't directly responsible for the mess we have now.

I don't remember what thread it was in but there was a quote from Philbin.. something along the lines of wanting to keep coyle's scheme simple and that spending time on implementing wrinkles wasn't worth it. That absolutely has to change this week. At least the offense played adequately today. The defense out side of Jones was absolute garbage.

What hurts right now is not the realization that we need to blow up the coaching staff.

What hurts is the certainty that we were right when we said we needed to blow up the coaching staff all the other times.

Gus Malzahn has shown recently that he isn't qualified to be an NFL head coach. His Auburn teams aren't that good on offense anymore and he never has been known for teams with solid defenses.
If Auburn doesn't start looking better soon, Malzahn might not even be the coach there much longer.

Gruden isn't coming back to coaching. He makes more money doing what he is doing now and he doesn't have any pressure to win every week,

I really don't know who will be the best choice, but hopefully there will be several candidates who will be a big upgrade from Philbin.

id still welcome Malzahn. I think he is ready to move on to the NFL. He isnt coaching a large talent pool, one of the weakest teams/recruits he has had in years. Its time.

I was at the game and two things are clear, 1) Philbin and Coyle need to go. 2) we have huge holes at G, MLB, and FS. It is too much for an otherwise talented team to overcome.

And we have a lot of stock weighing on Albert who is too fragile to depend on. Juwan had a terrible game. Taking over 2 quarters to swap Jamar in for Brice was inexcusable. Devante needs to play more too. Losing Jordan Cameron killed too.
