The Dolphins are 1-1 and could easily be 0-2 -- which is rather remarkable, considering Miami has played the Redskins and Jags

Surprise!! New England is once again the team to beat in the East. Tom Brady did embark on what will be the greatest middle-finger tour in sports history. He torched Buffalo's talented defense for 466 yards.

Is this Philbins last year? Please lord I pray that you hear my prayers

We suck, the season is over, no need to proceed any further. Until we win a game ... Then we are heading to the super bowl. I promised myself I would stay off the boards this week. The absolute joy people have pointing out negative things about the team they love... Sad. How about trying to enjoy the football season we all waited so long to finally start. Two games in and its over.. At 1-1... Lol

The Redskins are 1-1. They thrashed the Rams. Ran all over one of the best defensive lines in the NFL.

I thought the Redskins were going to be terrible. It looks like I was very wrong.

Could never understand how a fan can take solace by comparing their underachieving team to another struggling team. How exactly is that satisfying ?

It's obvious there aren't 32 good head coaches to go around, let alone another 64 good coordinators, but what was there to lose by firing Philbin. Did Marino and Taennenbaum not lobby to get rid of the guy?

I read it. I also know that everything you post is negative. While I'm not a big fan of Philbin, I hardly make everything I post about him. Your comment of bye bye Joe tells me everything. With only 14 games left, and at 1-1, you think he will be fired. Why even bother to watch the rest of the season. Does watching the Dolphins bring you any joy? Or only when they are good and winning?

    Are you serious?

    You enjoy watching thwm.loose??

Of course I am only happy when they win. Why would I be happy with anything else.

In case you missed it ---- I didn't write the article

I'm just trying to say you have to enjoy the season as a whole .... Nobody enjoys the losses. But you seem to go off the deep end whenever they lose. My bad if I came off as a jerk to you. I'm sure you are a big fan. Just frustrated with how the year has started and hate the negativity so early in the season. I hope this week and the rest of the season you will be extremely happy.. Hoping the same for me

Not a Jeff Fisher fan. The guys whole career has been 8-8

I think I read somewhere Jake Long was traded I think to the giants

If its not philbins last year we are ****ed. We are not winning **** with that clown, the longer this goes on the more time we all are wasting. Call me a pessimist if you want, but the facts are hard to ignore.

I'm certainly no Fisher fan either...I have a VERY short list of who I'd like to see as HC if Philbin goes away this year...I'll just keep the names tucked in my thimble so I don't offend anybody.

It's way too early to tell. But I get it, our board is just as bad. We have no idea how good the Jags and RedSkins are. I expected you guys to be 2-0 with a 30+ point differential. Maybe both teams have gotten better, or maybe you guys need a few weeks to get going. Hopefully, it will take you guys another week :P. I think you guys really need to go 1-1 in your next two games. 2-0 and you guys are great position, but that will be a very tough task. All most as tough as our first 2 games... I mean come on... Indy, Pats, then @ Miami, Giants. Not to mention we have 4 games playing against teams who have extra rest from thursday night games... NE,Giants, You guys...(Next game).

I'd personally rather have you guys give us a challenge rather than the Jets. I just don't like them, and feel bad for Rex leaving a team that is now 2-0 because they finally made some trades.

I hate to say it... but I find it very hard for you guys making the Playoffs. Heck, even us... If we both finish 8-8 I think it will be about right.

I mean man... I was looking at your last 8 games and they are brutal. Heck... last 10 games... @ NE @BUF @ EAGLES (3 road games in a row) Cowboys(I think you can win if Romo, Dez aren't back) @ JETS, RAVENS,Giants, @CHARGERS, INDY, NE

No worries, I am frustrated also. This team has a good amount of talent except on the OL.

I love this team more then anything except my children. I used to break stuff when they lost. Not anymore. I just want to win, and I am tired of excuses. I dont want to change our standards to be just making the playoffs and it is frustrating when others do because then we will end up in pergatory. Coming close but never actually winning anything. 44 years, almost my whole life.

I said a while back when Tannenbaum first showed up that Eric Mangini would be our next coach. People made fun of me. The team has no identity and is struggling to find who they are. Suh eluded to it in the interview he gave I think. Philbin who I am sure is a nice man outside of football just lacks that "it" factor. The whole team is looking for leadership. Currently we have very little - Mangini will bring that.
