I agree, however, wins should be the dominant factor, and there is an advantage for the TEAM to play at 1, however, Ross is more focused on the fans imo, and less focused on winning, he thinks he can "market" the team to the fans, this thought is also reflected in our 2nd "home" game next week... in London.

An anonymous quote from an NFL FO person was(paraphrasing), "it seems to me that he's more interested in marketing his team than winning", and JJ down in Dallas saying that he would NEVER give up a home game because your giving up an advantage.

if albert was playing i would pick us more comfortably. with him out i'm very worried. we really need coyle to scheme the right defense and keep this a low scoring affair. i am predicting our defense shows up in a big way today and we win 10-7

Id like to see Jelani and Reshad win this game with their athleticism and speed..Like to see Phillips start net to Suh and just drive his man back every play, and Id like to see Suh be a dominant force and stop worrying about slanting into position.

Which NFL team had the best home record in the 70's? Miami
    In the 80's? Miami
    In the 90's? Miami

This trend only changed when Ross came to town and decided that disco clubs and celebrity owners were more important than winning. Because plain and simple, opponents can't handle the humidity and it's the 2nd biggest advantage in football (besides the elevation in Denver). So no, Ross is not doing this for the fans......because the fans would take the W in the blistering sun any day of the week. Hell, I grew up with season tickets in the Orange Bowl every Sunday and I never remember thinking, "Dad, can't we stay home in the air conditioning for this one? It's too hot to go see the game." No die-hard fan would ever say such things.

So if you're a Dolphins fan, you always want to see 1 PM kickoffs. To hell with who may not show because of it; that's not the main advantage anyway. The heat and humidity determine the outcome in the 4th quarter and we're fools for bucking this 30+ year trend.

Damien Williams has that stocky little body. It would be nice if he could manage to not only catch the ball today but to break a couple of tackles. Going to need him as an outlet I do believe.

matt ryan making that comeback, down 28 to 25, 3rd and 8, drops, nothing there, takes off and runs for 16, first down, {iv'e also seen two naked bootlegs in this game}...predictable result thereafter......TD.

guy has something like 26 4th quarter comeback wins under his belt...it was a pivitol play in the game, and shows that the dude regardless of athletic ability will do whatever it takes.

That makes 25 games missed for Albert in just a little over 2 seasons? What a waste of a free agent signing. Replacing him needs to be priority one this offseason.

I'm posting from Section 111. TANNY looks loose. He's practi one handed swoop catches with Matthews. Throwing the ball to each other back and forth.

The announcers in last weeks Falcons game noted that Ryan has more 4th quarter comebacks in the NFL over the last 7 plus years than any other QB in the NFL. Yet there are still Dolphin fans who think taking Long was the right pick in 2008 and that the Dolphins are better with Tannehill than they would be with Matt Ryan.
