I'm all for getting rid of Philbin but by all accounts he seems like a decent guy, just not a good head coach. We aren't the Jest fans, lets have a bit of class.

Mangini is a really good X and O's guy. If he came in to handle the D while Lazor remained as OC I think it'd be a significant upgrade.
