Disagree.. We DO want him to coach NFL games.. just as a HC for another team (preferably a team we'd want to see remain stuck in mediocrity).

How is this possible with the names on that Defense. I know my Bills took it to them, but I still cant believe the Phins defense can be as bad you all make it sound.

Difference is New England is a proven team. They were already a great team. The Dolphins haven't been anything more than mediocre for awhile. The Pats ending the year strong and winning the super bowl wasn't a surprise to many even when they did have concerns starting at 2-2. Any team with BB and Brady always has a chance no matter how bleak it looks. What have the Dolphins ever shown to give you the idea that they will finish the season strong?

We still care for and will continue to root for this team. Pointing out concerns we have with the team and being realistic about how bad they are doesn't mean we're not fans. With all the holes in the roster and bad coaching it is highly unlikely this team makes the playoffs or even wins more than 6 games. What they need most is a change in coaches. They is what we are discussing. Change. It needs to happen. Team hasn't made the playoffs since 2008. Are you really surprised with the lack of faith. And this team looks even worse this season.

Father Time has finally caught up to Cameron Wake. Vernon isn't good anymore. He had 13 sacks a couple years ago. Last year only 6. And now through 3 games only has one single tackle! He has been a bust since that good year. The linebackers save for Jenkins are garbage and the team won't experiment with McCain more. The other McCain starting at CB is not a starting CB. He has always been a nickel and dime player. And a suspect player even in that role. Delmas getting injured hurt the team. Coyle hurts this team being the bad coach he is. His schemes and how he utilizes the players is killing the team. But really this team doesn't have any names. Jones and Grimes are good. Idk what is up with Suh. Hopefully it's more of the coach just not utilizing him correct and him not being a bust after that big contract the team gave him.

Suh is taking up two players. Nobody is talented enough to clean up. He is doing his job. I'm recording the games to casually watch later from now on. I'm going fishing. I have no expectations for this team. The 5-2 and the speed package are gone. There is no surprise on D. Besides Grimes, the CB position is a hot ****ing mess.

We dont get dirty and cut on O like other teams do on a regular basis. Our line is pushed into the backfield. This team is seriously broken and has no balls. Nobody get pissed off. No leaders. No fight. A whole team of puss players just like the coach.

Listen, I'm going to watch the game and root for the Dolphins, but I dont expect them to win, nor have they shown anything through the first three that would make me ever predict a Dibble digit win over the Jets.

I agree with this sentiment, but one issue that remains at the forefront of many of the Dolphins problems seems to be a lack of leadership. I definitely don't think we have it at head coach, and while over his tenure, Cam Wake has been a great player, I'm not sure he has the leadership gene. I'm one of the guys in Tannehill's corner, but he doesn't strike me as an innate leader (albeit, as I'm not in the locker room, it's only conjecture). Jarvis Landry may be one, but he's young. Suh strikes me as a guy who will do his part and hope others follow. Grimes? Don't feel it from him either.

Not every team will have a Dan Marino, a Ray Lewis, guys like that. But teams, and specifically the Miami Dolphins, HAVE to find their leaders, or they can do what we've been doing for a while now, and that's spin kind of rudderless.

Couldnt have said it better. Where did all those leaders go? Philbin got rid of them. He is the antifight. Let us be polite while we get our asses kicked and say thanks when it is over.
