I think Jones could handle Gronk one on one if it was schemed right. I think he'd win in fact but someone else would have to step up in run support. I think Jenkins could hang too, just know he's going to get hurt a little and hope its not red zone pain. Edelman worries me more honestly.

this is jelani jenkins time to shine and show off his skillset he was very good in coverage coming out of florida, has the atheticism and speed to hang, and the strength as well...if he wants to be a star in this league this is the game to make your statement.

5 start recruit..lets see it Jelani

Two threads, two chances to be # 1,000. A chance like this only comes a long once in a life time.

how many LBers in the this league can cover Gronk? I'm struggling to think of more than 1 or 2 that can be effective. I'm okay with Jenkins covering Gronk, but he's going to need help, he can't do it alone.

You can't stop, Gronk, you can only hope to contain him
But you can hammer Brady before he can throw to him.

Well you can bet the refs will be overprotecting crybaby Brady and Suh has a bad reputation so we can expect some flags.

I would mix it up covering Gronk with a combination of Rashad,Jenkins and Grimes who can jump with the best of them.

I'd use Jenkins on Gronk to hit him at the line and I'd have a S bracket deep. In the redzone I'd probably have Jones take Gronk in man. Grimes would be on Edelmann primarily whenever on the boundary and McCain would take the slot, usually Amendola. My concern is Lewis. I don't see a great match-up there for us when he comes out of the backfield.

Unless Gillette refs do their job of turning a blind eye to clear holding by the offensive line.

Campbell is a bad *** and all, but Belicheat is a Sith Lord.

Besides, the most terrifying person on the field for either team is Suh.....and he gets called for **** all the time.
