Pretty sure if we cut Tannehill tonight we can still make the superbowl.

Lol I was wondering where you were the past two weeks. The lone Lamar Miller hater on the forums. Must be sweet for you tonight.

Tannehill is not the problem but I'll be damned if you have a chance to draft a top QB you don't.

Hey one last chance for a garbage TD pass come on let's do it.

Tannehill is overrated, Lazor refuses to run the ball when down in any game, im getting tired of his crap playcalling, pur OL is below average and it dont help that we have a WR playing QB behind it, our first round pick is non existent(I didnt want him), LBs are atrocious, including Jenkins. Cameron Wake lost the little trade value he had left with this injury. All in all, lost season. Fix the OL next year, bring in a legitimate QB competition and hopefully Parker wont have a career foot injury problem.

Nope. Watch it again, with no bias.

I dont give a **** about Tannehill. Do I want him to succeed? Of course, he's our QB. I want to win. I saw a team tonight, that was flat, unprepared. A team that offensively fell short on so many levels beyond the QB. He contributed to it, yes, but is he "the reason" as many want you to believe? Absolutely not.

    LEts look at this...

miami. 14 yards rushing tonight. 14... only 9 carries for miller, 1 for Gray.

What do you think is going to happen to your QB, when you're that unbalanced, this this bad of an OL? I mean, let's be serious here.

I woudlnt draft one in the first round, thats for sure. Too many holes to fill with such little cap space. I'd take one later though, and hope he can push Ryan and be a serious threat.

Wake is likely toast. Our DB's suck. Grimes is ancient for his position.

We need DE and CB and OL far more than we need a QB

NO I wouldn't go in thinking of drafting one but let's say you're at 16 and for some reason Aaron Rodgers drops in your lap yeah I would! That's how we got our last great QB Dan Marino don't forget!

Yeah I'm a happy guy tonight. Why in the hell did we put Miller on the bench and put Gray in the game. Bad move. Two passes and then a safety.
    That was Philbin ball.

    There it goes again....

I absolutely hate when our team appear to be having a ball after getting smashed. Smiling, laughing, joking again after being embarrassed.

I get that the opposing team has ex roommates, teammates and such from College. But wait till you leave the field in the tunnel etc, or better still use modern technology and ring em arranging a meal, piss up whatever.

Disrespectful to all then Dolfans having spent hard earned money now moping home, moping at home.

One of my biggest bug bears. You can be respectful by shaking hands, congratulating opposition without the giggling

But no other position can upgrade a team like a QB can. If you hit on a great QB you make up for so many other positions. Again, I wouldn't go in looking for a QB because Tanny is pretty good but if a good'n drops in your lap, that you rate as off the charts, why not?

What really sucks about this is that now with injuries to some key players, we won't even see Campbell's true coaching abilities. The state of the roster will make it hard for us to push for the playoffs either way. Now I'm at a point where I'd be happy if we get to 8-8, cause I don't see how we can be better than that without Wake and James (even if for a couple of games).

Me too. Allen Robinson was on bye.

    :tantrum:

You know I was salty we traded down twice and bypassed Allen Robinson and took Landry. But with this offense there was no way we could have used Robinson it's more a Landry offense anyway. We play in quite a small box.

Yep we're 3-4, the season is far from over. I didn't expect so many fans to go Bi Polar on this team so quickly. We knew this was a tall task, and a drubbing is exactly what we got. On to Buffalo, I hate we lost Wake, now it's time for Shelby to step up. 3-4.......We can still do this. Gotta beat Buffalo and get a game back.

This team tonight, to me, looked defeated from the second the took the field. Hell, look at Jamar Taylor on the play he got beat by the back shoulder throw down the sideline that set up a TD. He looks right to the sidelines, hands up, as if to say, "what the **** am I supposed to do".

It's like they were told all week, they were the underdog, they had no chance. Instead of buying in, and playing tough to be that underdog who wins, the played as the underdog, and got whooped.

As for the whole Tannehill debate. He is not Brady, he is not Rodgers, and he likely will never be. Can we win with him? Yes. But he will need a good supporting cast, especially his OL and running game. Right now he does not have this.

This game showed us just how far we are from truly being contenders. If we ever want to talk about being actual contenders in the playoffs, we have to play at least a competitive game against the Patriots at their house.

I wouldn't be so quick to buy the whole "a great QB covers up weak spots" point. Look at the Chargers and Colts.

I started Matthews over Larry Fitz. I hope it doesn't kill me. :pity:

I think Robinson could of been worked into the offense and gotten the role that Matthews has right now.

Lets cut everybody. Great idea bro. Who the **** are you replacing him with? Lets remember, he's already a second stringer, only playing because Delmas is hurt. So... if you want to be all.. oh, lets fire the guy... at least say who the hell you're going to replace him with!

Lets face it. Aikens at Safety is a weak link. We all know that, thanks for pointing out the obvious. But lets not call for his head, knowing he's a backup, if you don't have a solution to replace him with. Clearly we dont have a solution, or we'd us it. Don't say Michael Thomas. He's made ONE play in his career. ONE. That endzone INT agianst NE at home. That doesn't make him qualified. Two coaching staffs on this team now haven't decided he's a started, so ... who else do you have?

But, you know what, most of the great ones, start out with a really good supporting cast. That helps them improve. They use that knowledge from the great supporting cast, and their own experience to get great. Then you get the ability to have a great player at QB, who can play with scrubs and make them better by passing everything down to them. Brady, and the current Pats WR's are an example of that.

You know, that big bodied WR that we drafted to use his size and athleticism downfield to make plays, but instead decided to have him play special teams because he hasn't "shown enough". That guy.
