So we are getting blown out and get the ball back in the last minute. We decide to run. Even before the snap Landry and Stills are yelling at sideline. After run they yell and wave their hands some more and then Miami decides to pass. If this happened under Philbin we would say it's a lack of having control of team. Landry does everything the right way so I was surprised he wanted stats in garbage time

I could be completely off on this, but while I love Landry as a player, I get the feeling that he is somewhat of a diva who really likes to be under the spotlight. I keep coming back to that one game (Redskins I think) where there was a video pre-game that he was yelling and trying to fire everybody up, but nobody responded.

Then I saw this video before the game yesterday where he was giving some speech to other players and they clearly were not as engaged as he was... he was facing the camera, as if it was all set up before hand. I get the feeling that some players get annoyed by this and that he is not seen as much of a leader inside the locker room as all of us want to believe.

Good WR's are divas. Just seems to be how it is. I know are only a couple outliers to that, like Megatron or Andre Johnson but as long as Landry keeps fighting the way he does with the ball in his hands, I am cool with it.

Actually, I have the same concerns about Landry. His play tends to back up his actions, or at least, justify them. But he does throw a LOT of tantrums.

Last night I wanted to tell both he and Stills to shut up. Tannehill was getting murdered back there and it was a blow out with less than a minute left. Dropping back to pass was asking for The Patriots to bring the house.

And this isn't the first, or even second time, that Landry has pitched a visible fit on the field.

Chalk it up to being passionate, I guess.

Surprised the Dolphins don't want to pad Landry's stats. I could see them trading him for a 3rd round pick Ireland style.

Could it be that Landry and Stills recognized that Tannehill was getting killed and they wanted some quick passes to take some pressure off of their quarterback? Aside from that I saw a lot of confusion along that offensive line last night. No excuses for Tannehill, because he wasn't playing great last night.

Tannehill has plenty of passion. He doesn't have an intense and fiery personality, but that doesn't mean he isn't passionate and it doesn't mean he isn't a leader. He has his own way and there's nothing wrong with that.

Who isn't behind him? Because all the offensive players stick up for him when the others outside of the organization try to discredit him.

I don't know, it just seems to me that none of the other players really respond to him at all. He doesn't do anything to inspire them, he was smiling on the sidelines after that missed snap.... WTH???

But he's not making the money Wallace is so it's ok. Ofcourse, he's also not going to get 10 tds neither. I've always thought Landry was overrated. He's a good slot guy and good yac guy but when I see people call him a #1 or pro bowl WR I can't think of anything but overrated on this board.

He seems detached, the Pats were easily winning the game, but on that 1 play where Brady pounds the ground with the football, then his hand, he showed more emotion then I've ever seen from Tanne, you would have thought the Pats were losing if you just tuned in, conversely, if you just tuned in after the bad snap and saw Tanne on the sidelines you would have thought we were winning.

He looked like he didn't give a crap whether they lost the game or not. I can watch players getting upset at a bad play but laughing about a safety... That was his fault? Difference between a championship team and a JV team...

As usual , win or lose, the bad stuff will get talked about by the same people. Don't expect it to be different if we beat Buffalo next week. We have some fans on here who woke up this morning half smiling, knowing they can continue to moan or complain . And it's not because they are always negative.. It's because they are realists ! Same realists that complained about RT last week...putting up a a good game.

The crap statement was how long did it take you to run to the computer this morning to bad mouth everything Dolphin you could come up with... Funny how the people who replied knew exactly who I might've been talking about. I don't expect all positive outlooks considering the last decade... I just don't expect every post, win or lose , to be gloom and doom and patting yourself on the back saying.. I told you we stink!

Right, and what's real funny, they call us the haters because we're concerned about our team, but because we're concerned about our team, they hate us.

Ya just can't make this stuff up, lol.

I headed into this season concerned about:

    - Wake's age/health
    - Parker not being ready with the fit (especially after the screw had to be replaced)
    - Stills benefiting from the Saints offense
    - Rushing Albert back
    - Depth (especially in the secondary)

There was also a rosy "simma down" to every single concern. So many were instantaneously buying the hype because we handed out to big contracts to Suh and Tanny.

I hate talking about all of this. It's like a broken record almost every single year for the last decade plus. It all starts at the top. Always will.

I don't hate anybody. I just wonder when you will have anything to say positive about anything. Real easy to be negative when the team has played as mediocre as they have.. I get that. But all the time? Every game. I never said hater, I never said you or Rock by name... But you knew exactly who I was talking about. I have been a fan for a very long time.. I get the idea that it gets tiring seeing the team play like that. Fact is, many other fans see it too.. Seems like you like to rile feathers with an agenda. When was the last time this team made you happy without a but attached to it? Seriously

Only agenda is to voice our opinions and to hope this franchise finally puts out at decent freaking product pal.

The problem is you're typcasting people. I was here the last two weeks giving praise for the way they responded to Campbell (whom I like as an individual). But the moment I said "stay level-headed" the hate come a-floweth.

Lol. Priceless. A psych major and a comedian.. Pal! You guys take yourselves way too serious. I'll go back and read posts in the club and stay out the mains as soon as I get that FH smell you guys smear over every topic. Every post is short sighted and overly emotional. Have at it.. I've enjoyed my Dolphins for over 43 yrs without the drivel I read here sometimes. Do you mind me asking you how long you have been a fan? Do you you react this way with the Mets also? Just curious
