At this point in the season, what reasonable trades would you propose to other organzations to help this team this season? Try to be reasonable.

I might be in the minority here but I'd put Rishard Matthew on the trade block and move him if the price is right.

I understand he's been the most productive season for us this year but we are deep at receiver. We just spent a first round pick on Parker they have to give him some opportunities and I think we can get by for the rest of the year minus Rishard.

Also I'm hearing that EVERYBODY I'd on the block for the Brown's. If that's the case I'd inquire about Joe Haden and try to get him. He's having a bit of a down year going forward but he's a great CB and he's young. That would be a great move going forward and solidify the secondary for the future as well

O-line depth, maybe Campbell's energy could get some life out of someone another team is throwing away.

I hope you're in the minority with Rishard. This team has to do a better job developing talent in-house and keeping that talent during their most productive years instead shopping for high-priced FA from other teams. And in general I think it's better to be great in some facets of the game with relative weaknesses elsewhere than average across the board. Keep the WR unit strong.

Also, as bad as the Wake injury is, it will free up lots of cap space. We should be able to sign Matthews and Miller as long as we don't break the bank elsewhere. Signing Haden btw might break the bank.

I don't think Rishard is a special talent man, that's just my opinion. And I'm a believer that in the near future Parker, Landry and Stills is going to be the trio. We can spend the money that it's going to take to resign Rishard on other holes. Bring up Hazel next year and we are still deep at receiver. That's just my opinion.

I'd see who might be interested in Stills and or Jennings, and any other player they aren't planning on keeping, like OV, there is a need for draft picks going forward, next year FA won't be a big factor due to the huge cap problems looming next year, drafting will be the main answer for acquiring new talent so I'd be trying to stock pile picks.

He would definitely be an upgrade on this OL. What would we do though, slide Albert over to the right side? And what would we do when James comes back in you opinion?

Joe Haden has been toast for about 3 years now, he is basically living off reputation from a good start to his career.

well james wasnt playing great at ROT but he was serviceable. I might experiment with him at guard when he comes back if we were to do that trade. then we would have a line of albert, turner, pouncey, james, thomas. if james could play guard that would be a pretty good line

Matthews lack of Route running and willingness to compete for the ball was what caused both INT last week. I have no problem trading him. Jennings and stills as well though less willing on Stills. I'd consider trading Vernon (doubt he gets resigned) and maybe Grimes if the offershoe were right.

Kendall Langford just hurried Cam Newton on his attempt to Ted Ginn who was covered by Vontae Davis..

Sorry, I don't want to talk about trades because when is the last time we won one? Actually not sure Langford was traded! But you get the jist.

No brainer- Suh for the entire Broncos starting offensive line. Both cost about the same so surely it's a good trade for both sides.

IMO, Albert's ability to stay as a starter is highly questionable. His injuries likely won't get better over time. I'd rather invest in a replacement sooner. problem is, Thomas' contract could be cost prohibitive

I wouldn't trade for anyone. We're not going to the playoffs.
I also wouldn't trade anyone, as we need to hold onto the talent we have and no one will give us anything for the dead weight we need to cut.

Lamar Miller for Eric Berry. The Chiefs are desperate for help at RB and we are obviously desperate for help at FS. Both are in contract years, as well.

Oh, and Jay Ajayi is eligible to return this Sunday, while Jarryd Hayne was just released by the 49ers.

    Food for thought.

I know this is for fun but you want to make our 22nd rushing attack worse and put even more pressure on our passing game which doesn't protect the QB very well and force Tannehill into a situation with low probability of success?

I don't think we have enough depth anywhere, save WR, to trade a player. If we thought we could salvage the season and add some building blocks I'd for trading a 4th-7th round pick for an OL or CB.

Broncos offered a first round pick for Joe Thomas.. Cleveland asked to add Shaq Thompson, Broncos said its too much.

They might give us a call on Albert.. Wont be a first round pick offer though but they just lost their second LT for the season.

Miller is woefoully inconsistent. Relying on him for a running game is mistake number one. I'd rather have a RB who puts up 70 yards every week than one who puts up 175 in one week and 15 in the next. Mistake number two is failing to address the 19th ranked secondary (a gracious ranking, considering that half the league has yet to have a bye) with Tony Romo, Joe Flacco, Eli Manning, Philip Rivers, Andrew Luck and Tom Brady still on the slate.

The point is, RB's are a dime-a-dozen, while quality DB's are not. I just wish the Chiefs were desperate enough to make this trade, because any owner in their right mind would book Miller on the next flight to KC if it meant getting Berry in return.

I strongly disagree....running is directly tied to blocking and it's the line's job to get your running back the first two yards. If they can't do that, then you can't run the football with any back. It's that simple.

Miller, on the other hand, is a superstar. He has the talent, the speed, the vision and everything else you look for in a stud running back. Trading him would be a serious mistake and one that we'd regret for many years down the road.

Miller is inconsistent because our offensive line is constantly in a state of flux and generally has been bad. His speed and elusiveness creates some opportunities where slower running backs would get stuffed.

i generally agree with your premise about RB's. At the same time, I don't want to make a bad situation worse and make this offense more reliant on Tannehill when it's been shown that throwing the ball 60-70% is disastrous for this team.

The Cleveland Browns reportedly have two of their best linemen, left tackle Joe Thomas and center Alex Mack, on the trade block, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports indicated Monday that no major talks have heated up regarding Thomas, an eight-time Pro Bowler:

We need OL. They may be worth some draft picks if the price is right.
