Tannehill: 9/19 86 yards. 1 easy TD pass to a 6'3" WR in front of the DB, towering and jumping over him after getting separation.

Miller carried us. Defense carried us.

How about those comparisons to Wilson?

I don't remember who, but the guy shoved Tannehill well after the ball was out, and knocked him down. No call.

Are you just running around into every thread and posting that? You know what baiting and trolling are, right?

I'm not trolling or baiting. I'm drilling it into your heads to never compare Tannehill to Wilson or Luck again.

It's baiting and trolling. You're trying to get people going.

Wilson has had ****ty games too, you know that, right? With ratings in the 40s.

How is it baiting or trolling? They're facts. I'm addressing the stupid comparisons.

Every QB has bad games. Tannehill is mediocre the vast majority of the time and his bad games are as frequent as his good games.

It's how you're doing it. Being annoying with it. Posting the same thing in multiple threads, knowing that it most likely will cause a reaction.

I'm done discussing it, though, as I believe you know exactly what it is you're doing.

You guys find it annoying because I'm drilling it into your heads and was right about everything I said.

I'll stop though because I know I've gotten my point across.

    "Easy touchdown pass" (lol)

    "Where are those Wilson comparisons?"

    That's CLASSIC baiting and trolling.

But I know you're just going to do you, so I don't mind.

  11. Blaming Tannys poor play on bad coaching went out the window today. Its time to face reality, our hunt for a QB has not ended.

It was an easy TD pass. Parker had separation. He was in front of the DB. He was towering over him in the air.

I mentioned Wilson because I'M tired of the STUPID comparisons.

You find it annoying that I'm addressing it but it goes both ways. I'm annoyed by the STUPID comparisons. This should end it.

Wilson has a Super Bowl ring and was a great DB play away from a second one.
Ryan has a below .500 record his entire career and looks worse than Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Wilson gets a pass for an occasional bad game, because more often than not when Seattle absolutely needs a gritty perfomance, Wilson gets the job done, unlike Ryan.. Remember 2013 and 2014 when we actually had a chance to sneak into the wild card?

Honestly dude, I'm not far behind you on Tannehill but you aren't going to change people's opinions on a message board. Only time and play will convince people either way.

On top of that, posters are just going to view you as either a troll or a one dimensional poster. I'm not saying you shouldn't voice your opinion or that you're wrong. Just that if you want to be a meaningful contributor to these forums that you may want to rethink your approach.

Calling it an easy pass is just ridiculous, and highlights the hatred. He threw a 47 yard pass right where Parker needed it to be to leap and snag it. The ball could have been overthrown, and it could have been underthrown. It wasn't.

Yet you want to go on and on about "facts".

Did it though? I mean, lets be honest, have you taken a look at our coaching staff?

Im not interested in this Tannehill debate... but... lets be serious about the level of coaching he's received, and is receiving from this staff. It's terrible. Always has been. That's a fact. Zac Taylor was never qualified to be a QB coach, let alone offensive co-ordinator.

Perhaps our OC's look terrible because of Ryan Tannehill. Let that sink in for a second.

Not really, the scheme and concepts aren't changing this season. Lazor gets fired and we run the ball a lot.

By the way, when Miller has 13 or more rushes, we are 5-0 this season.

Then they don't know what they're looking at.

I have fun with posters I like anyway. I'll have my enemies and I don't care. I don't always post about Tannehill but I do enjoy debates about him. I've chimed in on plenty of other threads. I'm just not as controversial there.

Tannehill sure didn't look terrible last season. In fact, he was pretty damn solid. Now defenses know what's coming and look what's happening?

  25. I would also add that it needed the right zip to make it managable and he got that right too. It was a great throw regardless of your overall opinion of him. He deserves credit for that throw

It appears that you are the only person he's upsetting. Because I think the majority of us have accepted that Tannehill isn't the long term solution and we are just hoping a better solution is drafted in the next draft or in 2017.

Or maybe take a look at the staff... and realize none of them are qualified to hold the positions they have. Take the QB out of it... we're strictly talking about coaching here. You can honestly say we've had good coaches on this team the last 3-4 years? Again, remove the players...

If the answer is anything but no, go sober up.

As I said originally, no interest in talking Tannehill... I'm talking purely about the coaches.

I admitted the only way it could've been easier was if it was shorter. Check my posts.

Right where Parker needed it? The DB was behind him and he towered over the guy after getting plenty of separation.

To be fair when Wilson was having subpar games (for him, ratings wise he wasn't terrible) people were bringing it up. Now Wilson is lights out he wants his comeuppance. It's only fair.

We had people posting about Rodgers in Thursday nights game!

A little deception...on 3 of those games Miami's offense scored 7, 10 and 20 points (7 of which were scored on a 12 yard drive on a blocked punt). Not saying it isn't better to take the ball out of Tannehill's hands more, just that isn't the cure all.

  32. I agree that zac taylor is no upgrade but yes imo I think tanny has had more than enough chances to show he can break the mold he is stuck in and has not. His play has basically been the same under every OC.

See, that's not the point... I don't understand why that's so hard to grasp.

I said remove the players... ALL of them. How competent, and qualified is this coaching staff? They aren't/ Anarumo. No DC experience. LAzor was a first time OC, who didn't fully understand the system he was trying to emulate. Philbin was powerpoint, and janitor extraordinaire. Coyle, was an experienced secondary coach, who refused to adjust, and listen to players, and play to their strengths. They've been a completely incompetent staff. That's all I'm talking about.

I mean, why do we shoot ourselves in the foot so much, every damn sunday? It's coaching man.. they stink. On both sides of the ball. Nobody is ever goign to live up to potential under these coaches. Why do you think so many players have left this organization, and blossomed elsewhere.

  38. Im all for running the ball more. I also agree that neither coaching or the line has done anything to help the kid out. None of that, in my mind, changes his dismal performance. He is good enough to not lose you games but he is not good enough to win you games is my estimation of him. All things considered.

  39. I think if Tannehill had the talent that he needs to be a star the coaches his coaches would not be unemployed. Good QB play can mask coaching deficiencies, unfortunately we have neither.

Um, not really. Tannehill has been trending up since his first year in the league, this is the only season he's taken a step back so far, hence the optimism coming into the season. His play so far this year has been disappointing considering he had been getting better every season up until this point.
