    Our beloved Dolphins earned an ugly, yet gritty win last week against Baltimore. Zac Taylor kept his word and really stuck with the run and stuck with it all game long. Unfortunately, the pass game was not nearly good enough, and the offense as a whole only produced 8 points. That won't be good enough to win every week, and against a Giants team who can score points, our offense is going to have to be much better.

    The defense last week was nasty. The D-Line won the trenches and overall we were much more physical than the Ravens were. We are going to need a repeat performance from that side of the ball.

    The Giants are having a weird season themselves. They've lost 5 games they had won in the final 75 seconds. They have the ability to score a lot of points, but they struggle to run the ball. Considering we haven't been able to stop the run all season long, that could benefit us. The Giants offensive line isn't very good, and Eli Manning doesn't move very well. If we can make them one-dimensional and dominate on the trenches, we could fluster him into some mistakes.

    Offensively, it isn't complicated. Balance is important, but both the pass game and the run game need to produce. The Giants do not have a good defense, so hopefully we have a good game plan to attack them in all areas.

    As we know, this is the week we celebrate our 50 greatest players, and the team will be wearing throwback uniforms and playing on a field freshly painted with the throwback logo and old school end zones. It should be an electric atmosphere and with the Giants playing for their division, we get a chance to play spoiler in prime time.

    This is it, if the team wins its get Campbell one step closer to getting the job.

    I expect ryan and the offense will play better and our defense is playing well, so it should be a close tough game..

    it will interesting to see how Lou schemes Odell, this dude can wreck any teams plans, I think you have to blitz the hell out of manning so odell cannot gather up his speed..

    I hope the team can give the fans a good win, they sure do deserve one.

    I actually kind of like them. It's old school and different.

    As for the throwbacks, I like the uniforms a lot, but our current logo is better than the throwback logo, IMO.

    Giants OLine is a total disaster, and they're one of if not the worst secondary/D on 3rd down.

    Just double Beckham most of the night and go from there. He can house it from pretty much anywhere, and they force-feed him.

    The Dolphins as an organization get a lot of things right that surround the actual football operation aspect of the team. They fail where it counts. The throwbacks are great. The field is great. The 50th Season celebration is great. The 2015 Miami Dolphins stink. I'd at least like to see Tannehill play well, but it's yet another meaningless December game.

    I think our offense continues to struggle. You can't magically fix something that has been broken all season, even with a terrible opponent.

    I do really like the uniforms though. They're a modernized throwback though IMO. So, I wouldn't have gone that route for the endzones, use the older style script we used to have. Not a hideous diamond pattern. Oh well, whatever. :lol:

    Giants at 5-7 have lost 5 games in the final two minutes. Been a while since Miami had a comeback win in the final two minutes of the game, perhaps tonight is the night?

    hope you're right DJ. Odell is going to Odell. Our best bet is to shut down the run and pound the hell out of Eli.
    This is the night for our offense to come out and play. If they don't, well, that will be the lowpoint of this season IMO.

    What can we do to convince the FO to go back to the oldschool look permanently. I imagine more fans than not would vote in favor of that. The Unis will be the most impressive thing about the Fins on MNF.

    those jerseys though. Man I love everything Garfinkel has done for this team! Doing throwbacks right! I really hope they listen to the fans and bring these back full time, keep the new logo with this set, and you have a winner!

    I think they would need to clean up the Dolphin, but that old sun, man love it! Love this look! Looks so nice on the field!
