    I want a player on our team to be picked for the Gruden grinder. It will make my night to have a player on our team on the Gruden grinder board.

    Anyone else feel the same?

    Well I select Rashad Jones who is actually a superstar rather than a grinder but he always plays well which is the definition of a grinder.
