I am really thinking the nfl should just get rid of punt returns and kickoff returns.Penalty after penalty.What is the point if they won't let them play? I am watching the panthers and giants and so far every punt has been a penatly.Refs and rules have ruined this game of nfl football.
I don't understand why guys commit penalties so frequently on those plays. I think it's just a way for stupid teams to show themselves as being stupid. If you just went out there and had someone fair catch everything and had no penalties you'd probably be better than 1/3rd of the NFL, lol.
I know what you are saying but some of these calls are ridiclous.Back when I actually cared if we won or lost I would scream just fair catch it or don't take out the kickoff.
Haha, I know what you mean. I swear I've seen Dolphin games where they probably netted negative yardage on special teams, lol. I don't think I see as many bad calls as I do bone-headed mistakes though. Keep in mind we're not talking about the best and the brightest out there.
They usually put the rookies and the backups on STs thus the frequent penalties.It does slow the game down but those occasional returns for TDs make it worthwhile IMO.
