Well this is not the Suck for Luck contest since the Colts won that one and we got the consolation price THill for our franchise QB. It remains to be seen whether the latter can develop into one because right now there are some doubts among pundits and fans about that .I am in the optimistic camp .I would realy like to see how he performs with a good OL a good running game and good coaching. Chip Kelly on QBs Technically speaking most QBs dont reach their potential until year 5 which would be next year for THill . I am adding a poll to see how our membership feels about THill right now. Go Dolphins.Lets win this game.
Week 16 - Colts @ Dolphins Game Thread Wonder if the team shows up today? Only two games left, and then we can look forward to the draft. Well actually a new coach and possibly GM before that.
Coming into the season, this was supposed to be a marquee match-up. I think we clobber them because of Hasselbeck but it's a meaningless thing anyway.
Well, at least we didnt come out in shotgun against our own goal line with Douglas at Center Progress
It's almost like Tannehill doesn't know how to move his feet in the pocket. Marino was never super athletic but could always make people miss shuffling in the pocket. I think that is one of Tannehill's biggest weaknesses.
How many years have we been working on the offensive line? These guys make Damien McIntosh look like a pro bowler
Stop it! QBs aren't allowed to throw it unless they have a clean pocket. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Why is Jason Fox still on this football team? This worthless piece of garbage belongs behind a mcdonalds grill, but not on an nfl field.
So wrong... No WR has even broke their route yet. There's not one even remotely close to ready for a pass their routes are so deep, and the pressure is there so fast. Jason Fox, completely whiffed. I just watched it back at 1/4 speed.
Zero vision lel. He's in the endzone with a free rusher because the RT whiffed. I swear some people are so biased already they see no reason whatsoever.
Routes don't have to break!! You're in the endzone. Throw the ball away! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lamar miller was chip blocking a guy.. behind the left side of the OL actually blocking... no way he would have seen him or been able tot hrow it at Millers feet. Watch it again...
Take your own advice maybe? This isn't about Tannehill's skill or lack thereof. This is about being objective on this play. Even if he saw the looping free rusher in time, hard already, he's no way to escape a free rusher with momentum in the endzone.
It's like some people don't watch other football games. You know how many free rushers I see in a standard football game... It only happens to THill right? At least his was in front of his face and still couldn't figure it out. We're not asking to make a play or get a first down. Just don't take a safety for Gods sake. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
To where? He didn't even have time to throw it to anyone. There's nobody anywhere to throw it to. Everyone was covered downfield. The pressure is from the right, the OL is pushed back into the whole left side, there's nowhere for him to go, Miller in the flat was blocking, and washed out by the left side of the OL also... there was no chance for him to do anything because Jason Fox can't even put his hands on his man. Go back and watch the play. You guys are being ridiculous.
