Both teams look drunk/out of it... Whiteside has been very good. Still some ugly offensive sets by both teams
Trading him before seasons end is not really an option, and as far as the numbers..My thoughts are all over this thread.
Jimmy Butler has gone nuclear in Toronto. Pretty sure he just broke Jordans points in a half record. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using Tapatalk
Phil.... Signed solid role players and drafted a future star. Dude hasn't deserved the shnit storm that has been sent his way by the media.
They are now 2-0 with a +23.5 Point Diff. (They are slipping) First B2B of Jan. is here. **** the Pacers.
BIRD starting! Ho boy. Bummer for Whiteside, man, coming off that game he had last night. Tough luck.
Some shaky officiating at the end but Heat pull through. Frank Vogel attempting to draw up an inbound play:
I'm dead. What a ****ing game. Vogel's a terrific coach, P George is just awesome, Bosh is a hero, Wade is Wade, TJ is a ridiculous athlete, Spo is bold as hell, Dragic is flashing, Birdman with some gloriously bad minutes. And I need to see Justise Winslow's birth certificate because there's no way in hell he's really 19. HEAT
I know you guys don;t know anything about winning Championships, but you can at least learn the spelling of "SHIP". It's Ship...not "Chip". That's Stephen A's ignorant *** that calls it that. Oh..and Wednesday..we are taking our dead *** legs from 3 games in 4 nights and cramming them up Kristaps ***. /TRASH TALK MODE OFF.
Interesting the way the two conferences are panning out: And here are the streak and last 10 game stats at present (start of week 11):
1. It's been called "a chip" in NY long before SAS ever picked a mic here. 2. I know you like to live in 2012 but Lebron isn't there anymore. Enjoy those rings from the last few years because when Riley and Wade retire it'll be the last you see for a while. 3. Sounds painful. Enjoy the regular season success cause you're not winning the conference. You are the 2012 Pacers now. There will always be a team more talented then your heat. Trash talk mode...pending
Till we buy or acquire our way till there are none. That is not a threat..that's a promise. It's History. It's inevitable.
It was a serious question, yes. It would just amaze me if I thought you were serious that the Heat could. realistically, finish unbeaten from this point. I just can't tell from your post if you were being sarcastic.
Let's deduce this further. I was rooting for 8-9 in January to hold onto a top 4 seed the rest of the way, and you think I think they are going undefeated the rest of the way? No. They are losing 18 more games the rest of the way. At least. I say 51-31 gets them the #2 seed and everybody should be happy.
Like I said, didn't think it was likely, but to my knowledge you're generally straight-forward in your posts and not so subtly sarcastic. I'm relatively new here, though, so I may well be wrong. I also wasn't aware of your earlier prediction, I haven't followed this thread post for post. Thanks for replying!
Here's a scary thought... over the last 15 years the knicks have spent double the amount of the next closest team....now we have Phil Jackson who has an actual brain in charge. You really want to talk about spending?
It will be a tough pill to swallow for me personally if we trade Winslow for a chance at Durant.. Winslow and Deng at SF, really what more is needed there? winslow is playing lights out defense comparable to Kawhi Leonard. If someone wants to trade for Birdman or McRoberts go ahead, but Winslow stays and look to improve the depth at other areas.
Always tough to swallow losing a 19 year old all-defensive team player like Justise Winslow. But as of right now the dude has almost zero offensive capabilities and he shoots about as well as I do. I'm pretty sure I could catch and shoot about as well as he does. So I mean, if he's what stands in the way of KD...
